- SDshawn daughertyOct 8, 20265.0My wife and i stayed at this location passing through on our way to Syracuse. We had the privilege of having Dean check us in. This gentleman had a great attitude and checked up in faster then we've ever been checked in in our history of being registered with IHG! Literally we walked in and had our card keys and a full run down of the hotel regarding breakfast and on site bar within 2 minutes! Dean rocked it from start to finish! Besides Dean the rooms extremely clean and prepared with more then standard amenities! I would highly recommend this location just based on Dean's performance as well as other staff members! We have been members of IHG for over 8 years and will definitely recommend this location! If I could give it 10 stars I would!
- JSJeff SeamansOct 6, 20262.0I very rarely leave bad reviews and I am almost always happy with Holiday Inn & Suites hotels, but not this time. There was a cool breeze that flows through the entire hotel. My room was freezing and turning up the temp barely helped. There was no hot water. None. Found out they had been working on it and no one said a word to me when I checked in. The sink sputtered and brown liquid came out. So, I didn’t shower or brush my teeth. The breakfast is listed as free online but when you check in they make you pay $12 if you want breakfast. To top it all off, the light flickered in my room the entire time. So, I just left it off. This was a top 3 worst hotel experience for me.
- DBDylan BurgerSep 28, 20264.0Had a great one day stay here. Rooms are clean and fairly standard. The location is fantastic with plenty of amenities around and proximity to highways. Staff were quite helpful.

- LLLinda LuginbuhlSep 18, 20265.0Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked and maintained. Friendly staff stood by ready to greet you and assist with Breakfast. Would like to see gluten-free bread options but still a good number of fresh allergy Friendly options from protien to fresh fruit. Ml
