Breakfast was missing fruits and fresh oatmeal. It is NOT vegetarian friendly. The thongs used for taking food from the trays were placed in a single pot. Fried potatos were placed with pork under the single lid. The host was putting back any potatoes that were fallen into the pork tray.

Dirty rooms, poor upkeep, chaotic atmosphere
Our first room was a disappointment from the start: the sink, bathtub, and sheets were dirty, and we found hair throughout the bathroom. The AC struggled to keep up. Worst of all, the tub drain was broken, and we were given misleading information about getting it fixed. We ended up switching rooms to resolve it, which thankfully worked out much better.
Beyond the room issues, this hotel felt more like a party house than a place to relax. It seemed common for one adult to book a room and bring a large group of kids along. The pool was overrun, hallways were left wet and slippery, and kids ran up and down the halls constantly, running into you as you got off the elevator. To make things worse, guests left trash and dirty towels sitting in the hallways overnight. Lastly, there was continuous noise and drama happening in the parking lot overnight.
Based on the other reviews, it seems as though the management of this hotel needs an overhaul on best practices for the brand and some rules or boundaries in place to keep the chaos down.

First and foremost, Kiera (hope i spelled it right) is awesome. She absolutely needs to be promoted immediately to manager. She is kind and sweet and genuinely cares about people and her job.
I wanted to leave 5 stars in fact after day 2 we were ready to do so. But then, the manager showed up. I wanted to extend my stay one day and i did book the first two days on Priceline. She explained that it would be cheaper to do it on priceline but i insisted on giving the hotel money as they were awesome! She said good! Its only $120 for the night but that i should come back the next day to take advantage of points. A little odd but okay.
So we came back the next day. There was a different person there. A very unpleasant and unhappy lady with bright pink hair and unprofessionally dressed. She said she could never do that. The room would be $270. I was astounded. She then went and got the same manger who had a completely different tone. She looked at me and said, “i never said that. I would never say that, your wrong”. I was so taken off guard. She then told me to just book it through priceline. So i did. Why would you ever want to make a customer book through 3rd party?
We brushed it off.
The next day we ended up leaving early. No need for a refund. Kierra was there and I explained we had to go due to an emergency back home in Michigan. We needed to check out. As soon as the manager heard that she flew up to the desk and refused to check us out. I said I didn’t need a refund just to check out. Poor Kiera tried to tell her manager she could check us out but that manager told her not to. So then i said i needed a receipt showing we checked out. She said no. I said how about just an email. Nope. How do i know something wont happen to the room while its our name. She said i had to wait for the night audit at 11pm. That makes absolutely no sense.
Why so hostile? Why so rude? And from a manager. She needs to find a different line of work. We were so happy with the facility until the last two days. Save your money folks. Book anywhere else.
