- EBEmma Haines Burnham6 days ago1.0Warning!!! Bed bugs! I was bitten by bedbugs here in a room on the third floor . I do give Management credit because they refunded me. They had someone check the room and confirmed to me it was bed bugs. I feel they handled the situation well, but the rooms are not well cleaned and there clearly seems to be a bit of a bed bug issue.
- LMLeinni MejiaApr 16, 20265.0I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. I’m glad I gave it a chance. My friend and I stayed there for a weekend and had a great time. We drove over 6 hours and my friend was not feeling well, the super nice manager (which I’m sorry I forgot her name) was kind enough to let us check in earlier. This was very appreciated. The rooms are clean and it smells like Clorox in the hallway so you know that they disinfect thoroughly. One of the cleaning staff came ask if we needed any additional toiletries or our room cleaned on the second day. Breakfast is not the best but it’s free and it’s only one person doing it all by herself so the effort and time is appreciated. They have a coffee machine available all day. I would stay here again.

Asked to have my room cleaned as I've been here a week with no cleaning service, but no success. I asked front desk for toilet paper and they said they were giving us the last two rolls from the entire hotel, which the front desk employee had to obtain from upstairs... It does have a pool and small fitness center as advertised advertised, but again, no computer access or printer availability and no laundry or washer machines for guest use. Very disappointing as someone traveling on business who is staying for a month and was hoping to use the business center and laundry services... Probably okay for a quick overnight stay but overall would NOT recommend.
