  They have BED BUGS. If you complain about them they kick you out and refuse to give a refund.

  Horrible. Room did not have the correct number of beds, pubic hairs on the sink counter - I was handed a bottle of spray and an old rag to clean them myself, and no pillow for the pullout couch. Front desk staff was beyond useless.

  The staff was nice, but...this was the worst Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The tub dripped all the time. There was no room service. Dirty towels just piled up because there wasn't room to hang 5. We had to go to the desk every time for towels, and at one point we were told they didn't have enough clean ones. Perhaps because they never collect the dirty ones to wash. There was no bathroom fan. So the bathroom was just soaked in condensation by the time we all finished showers. It was like a sauna. The bathroom door didn't latch and the toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle down for a long time. The breakfast was not good-The eggs were so over cooked, there were no cinnamon rolls, and no muffins 2 of the days and on the 3rd the pancake machine was broken.

  This hotel is very racist we checked in and everything was fine until we came to our room and it smelled like nothing but straight smoke mind you I’m pregnant but we didn’t complain because the black lady helped us out with late check in the next morning we get a knock on our door from the white manager saying it smells like smoke all through the hallway and in this room we then tried to explain the smell was in here since last night when we checked in she was very rude and said well it was white people staying here before and we know they didn’t do it so because we are black that means we did it ?!?! Mind you they never came in and inspected for ash smoke or any signs of smoking And then proceeded to say well there’s gonna be a charge on the bill she then came back and said we need to leave the premises kicking us out and we only had 30 mins to get dressed and leave and find a new hotel we were still trying to explain it wasn’t us again im pregnant why would there be any smoking and she was very rude cutting us off just not listening at all and then threatened to call the cops on us I never had an experience like this in my life I’m only 22 and this is the first time I’ve been profiled due to my skin color I recommend anyone of color to not stay here respectfully!!!
