I recently stayed at Best Western for a night and had a really good experience overall. The check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and professional.
The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. I especially appreciated how quiet it was—I was able to relax and get a good night’s rest.
During my stay, I had a small request, and I noticed the manager, Denish, was actively involved and making sure things were running smoothly. He personally checked in to ensure everything was taken care of, which isn’t something you see everywhere.
That level of attention and care really stood out to me. It made the stay feel more personal and welcoming.
Would definitely consider staying here again.
Outstanding Stay at Best Western
I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Best Western. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and very welcoming. The front desk agent and The Manager on duty - Denish made me feel valued and ensured everything was taken care of quickly.
The room exceeded my expectations—it was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard throughout my stay.
What truly made the difference was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to help created a very positive and stress-free environment.
The overall property was well-maintained, and the amenities added great value to the experience. It’s clear that Best Western prioritizes cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.
This was a seamless and memorable stay, and I will absolutely choose Best Western again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming hotel experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
My husband and I had booked a 4-night stay through Expedia for a work trip. We arrived late after a long drive, already tired, and expected a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member we encountered was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. He did not greet us and had a dismissive attitude throughout the interaction.
He told us he was unable to process our credit card and refused to check us in. We have used third-party booking platforms many times and have never experienced anything like this before. Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, he repeatedly told us to contact the third party and stated that it was not his job to assist since we booked through them.
We contacted Expedia immediately, and they even spoke directly with him, but he still refused to help or allow us to check in. By this point, it was very late, we were exhausted, and even had food with us that was getting cold. Despite our situation, he showed no willingness to assist and simply stood there without offering any alternatives.
We ultimately had to cancel, request a refund, and find another hotel late at night, which was extremely stressful and frustrating.
The entire interaction felt unprofessional and, at times, discriminatory in how we were treated. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome or dismissed in this way.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Management should seriously review staff behavior and customer service standards.
Based on this experience, I will not be booking with Best Western again

We got a room her for a local event this weekend, and specifically selected the Best Western because it claimed to have a EV destination charger. When we arrived, the dedicated Tesla charger had been torn out a few months earlier and replaced with a for-profit charger that was charging almost a dollar per kWh. This took the room form being a good deal to being a pretty crappy deal.
The breakfast was complete crap. They served powdered eggs, crappy sausage an some stale toast and bagels. They had cheerios, honey nut cheerios and lucky charms, which I guess works if you like cheerios. Instead of decent individually packed yogurt, they had some monstrous machine that produced an unappetizing white sludge that resembled yogurt.
The room was marginal, with the hallways outside having an occasional faint waft of pot. The heat/cool in the room was setup to blow into the curtains in a way that prevented it from working properly if the curtains were closed. The bed was remarkably uncomfortable, and was furnished with an almost abrasive blanket and four of the saddest, flattest pillows I've come across.
About the only thing going for the place is its convenient location.
I know you get what you pay for, but in this case, we didn't even get that little. I think, next time, I'll sleep in my car instead. It'll still suck, but at least I wont pay for it.

I dont know how to start of how bad this hotel was. Breakfast was garbage. Rooms felt like a horror movie with everything nearly working. Bathroom door did not lock.
Elivatee smelled horrible. Rethinking my life decision of should I used the stairs when it started shaking and thinking. Room service came nocking Evan with the privacy card on and tried to get in properly to Rob us. Long story short I wouldn't got to this hotel if I was paid to. Like I had check for bedbugs type bad
