  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Best Western Marketplace Inn and had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety to choose from each morning. What made this stay stand out was the exceptional customer service. I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Denish, who took the time to personally check in with guests and make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. It’s not often you see a manager so visible and genuinely interested in guest satisfaction. That personal touch made a big difference. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I had a question. It was clear that everyone worked together to create a positive experience for guests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Rochester area. Great hospitality, excellent service, and a team that truly cares about its guests.

  I had an outstanding stay at the Best Western Marketplace Inn in Rochester! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly attitude that immediately made me feel at home. The front desk staff was professional, efficient, and happy to answer all of my questions about the area. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, and everything being fully stocked. It was obvious that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with plenty of fresh options, hot items, coffee, fruit, yogurt, and Muffins. The breakfast area was clean, organized, and constantly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each morning. One thing that really stood out was how much the staff genuinely cared about the guest experience. Every employee I encountered greeted me with a smile and asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. That level of hospitality is becoming rare and deserves recognition. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways while still being quiet enough for a relaxing night’s sleep. Parking was easy, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and all of the common areas were clean and inviting. I especially want to compliment the management team for maintaining such high standards throughout the property. You can tell they focus on cleanliness, customer service, and making guests feel valued. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Rochester and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends, family, and coworkers. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

  The guy working the front desk has the worst customer service ever. Lmao I ask is they had rooms he said it’s end of my shift I guess I can help you out hahah na my guy I don’t need your help I wonder if his bosses no about this idk but something tells me they about to find out

  Sure it's not the nicest hotel but I had no issues. Super comfy, convenient, and had everything I needed, and the free breakfast is also lovely but nothing fancy. The staff I interacted with were very polite, helpful, and fun to talk to.

  I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend, and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The hospitality and guest service were outstanding, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness throughout the property really stood out and showed the team’s attention to detail. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, making the overall stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel exceeded expectations in customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction. Management is clearly doing an excellent job maintaining high standards and creating a positive guest experience for everyone staying there. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and truly outstanding service. My friend and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rochester. 10/10 stay!
