  Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The location is OK if you have transportation. There is a Hertz rental car office in the lobby. Restaurant options are limited to the one on site. There is an outlet mall directly behind the hotel but no sidewalks to get to it. They do offer some bikes to use. Breakfast was included and it was good with some pre-made sandwiches and wraps and the usual other continental breakfast items.

  Pool side worker , Liliana, is very detailed oriented. You can rest assure, flowers are watered, area is clean, plenty of towels, she cleans cabanas to perfection. All pool side umbrellas are up. Not one piece of paper on floor. When she works in door restaurant in morning, everything is organized and in its place. We have spent time relaxing in hotels in north and south fork of Long Island, but this hotel has best service. Bistro bar tenders are exceptional , very accommodating and cordial.

  My daughters planned a 70th birthday pool party for me at the Hotel Indigo this past June 2026. We rented all 3 cabanas by the beautiful, clean pool and we worked with Cristen Dattoli for months setting it up. Cristen went above and beyond our expectations answering every email message and phone call. She had the cabanas set up so beautifully, with pool towels for our guests and notified the kitchen of the appetizers to be ordered for our 31 guests and then let the kitchen know our guests would be ordering lunch as well. We purchased a drink package and Cristen even added my favorite 2 liquors to it. The food was delicious and the service by Aggie was phenomenal. Aggie was so friendly and helpful to us and our guests. No one waited long for a drink or for their food. The kitchen must have been so organized and the servers, too, were so organized in taking care of our guests. All the guests at the party told us this was such a good idea and that they had such a great time. And my daughter's husband has already booked a cabana for a future date in July 2026 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I will remember this birthday party forever. It really was the best celebration for a June birthday!

  Everything was great. Rooms were clean.. service was excellent. I did request a handicap room for my mom but was given a standard room.

  Excellent hotel 🏨 with easy checking in.. rooms are clean and air conditioner was amazing! Pretty good breakfast bar in the morning.
