Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. Other hotels should take note of how this one operates!

Breakfast has several hot options, the pancakes are the best we’ve had at a hotel, other hot foods are good, not gourmet but considering most hotels hardly offer hot food, it’s nice! Gym, pool and hot tub are better and more spacious than most! Only thing to be mindful of are the beds, they are very very firm, not easy for everyone to sleep on.

However on Saturday afternoon I was desperate for accomodations because my original plans fell through and I was on the road for many hours before arriving at this Holiday inn. Apon my entrance to the front desk I asked the woman if she had a room available. She gave me a solid yes. Within two seconds, she told me no, nothing is available. I found it very strange. She didn't even say, "Let me check." She said yes as a definite, then told me no. No explanation or apologies. No rooms for you. I felt I was being discriminated against for whatever reason. My experience was horrible. I would not want anyone else to be treated that way.
