  Haven't had disappointments with Holiday Inns yet, including this one. The hotel is located conveniently. McD, gas station next door. Glen Falls has great restaurants. Close to everything. We got the room closest to I87, being next to highway, this location isn't loud at all to my surprise. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast includes hot food. Coffee 24/7 on demand. Highly recommend!

  The hotel has a lovely environment. The lobby and guest areas are neat and cozy. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, making our stay really relaxing. Would love to stay here again.

  The front desk girls were very bubbly and quick to check in. The gym was very basic, and jacuzzi was clean. With that said, there was hair on the bathroom floor from prior guests The room smelled like cheesy sweaty feet, especially when the AC turned off but the fan kept going None of us could sleep the entire night, sneezing, and covering our nose from the smell. It was a biohazard. We left the place around 6am as we couldn't take it anymore, and grabbed a few breakfast items I told front desk guy the issue in the morning and all he said was he will let management know. No apologies, no sort of recompense, not even an offer for a bottle of water. Although there are signs for quiet time after 10pm, there is no such enforcement.

  My company set me up a reservation with this hotel. We primarily use Holiday Inn for the majority of our remote stays country-wide. I personally have spent dozens of reservations at different Holiday Inn's this year alone. I had a reservation booked for two nights as I expected to arrive yesterday. Unfortunately I got dispatched to another job that prevented me from arriving on time and was not able to make it until this afternoon. I did not cancel my reservation and I expected to pay even though I didn't show yesterday. I go to check in at the front desk and I was directed to speak with the manager who said I had my reservation cancelled and there are no available rooms I got no call, email or any reasonable contact that let me know that I was no longer a reserved guest. Now I have to find a hotel this late in the evening in a busy vacation town. Contractors with hectic schedule beware. Unreal.

  Very nice hotel but the overnight and a.m staff were extremely rude. If you have the option to stay anywhere else, do that instead.
