Unfortunately the people who stay here are not my people. But the real issue is the service I received at the beginning of my stay. There was a young woman slouched on the seat before reception. Later I discovered she was part of housekeeping. Check in was efficient up to the point that I arrived at my room. I have specific likes/dislikes registered with IHG. To my surprise the room I was given was on the second floor of a 4 floor hotel across from the elevator. Both were flagged as dislikes on my profile. The room had a strange tag on the door — Not Ready. My key would not work. I went back to the desk. Even though my portfolio was all set to check in, the room had. Or been cleaned. This is when I learned the slouched woman was housekeeping. Kimberly at reception had to ask her which rooms were ready. The room was acceptable and similar to most IHG rooms. I tried to log i to the internet but there was not even enough WiFi strength to accomplish the log in. As suggested in the welcome text I texted recwptio. And asked for a cess to the IHG Staff intwrnet which ahowed 4 bars. After nOt hearing back for ½ hour I contacted the Main IHG to initiate a cancelation of the second night of the reservation. At least rhis went smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Compared to other HIE at this price range especially, it's modern, clean, quiet, and serves a great breakfast. It was a great value for the price, though we did stay on a Monday which is of course a lower rate than a weekend day. I would make this a go-to in the area if traveling here again, for sure. I didn't experience any negatives at all.

Always excellent customer service and the rooms are more than adequate. Good breakfast, HOT coffee, microwave and mini fridge in room.

If you don't mind mold in the bathroom and dried blood on your bedsheets, it's a great stay. I was told management would contact me and it's been weeks. Only for when I finally got a hold of them, after leaving a bad review, for them to not see any problem because I hadn't communicated it soon enough to them when I checked in at 2 in the morning on a 2 night stay, and tried messaging them for me to not get any response. I was then told I couldn't even get a partial refund because I booked with a discount which seems ridiculous. Next time I'll pick a different hotel.
