  To started off they lied about the price of room. Then continued to charge me for my service animal. As well as breakfast was completely cold for the eggs, bacon and sausage to where I was completely inedible. I would say for the price they charged me I was expecting a bit more of a high quality experience.

  Great stay at an older location in New York. The rooms were classic Best Western decor, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served. Our view was of the creek that ran adjacent to the hotel.

  The room was dirty and run down. The jacuzzi tub was dirty when we entered the room …. Later found hair in the shower. But the Pinnacle of the experience was the rat shit I found in the leftover Rice that I had left on the table after my Uber dinner delivery…. Should you stay there the whole in the right side of the living room is where the mice are coming in and out of

  This was honestly the most horrible room I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy, towel hook almost came out of the wall when hanging it up, smoke alarm basically hanging from the ceiling, smelled horrible and that’s not even the worst of it. Had a wedding Labor Day weekend and to pay $350 for 1 night for a room this filthy and the state of this place was really hard to justify. Long black hairs everywhere including on the walls. When I even called and showed the front desk the pictures from me wiping up the bathroom floor they called the manager and he offered $40 off. Such a measly amount considering the state of our bathroom almost made it worse. Including pictures for you to be the judge on how messed up it was to leave a guest this dirty of a bathroom floor. I still am upset that I had to stay here for 2 nights.

  See pictures. This hotel is full of mold, and dust, rust peeling paint etc. The key gets deactivated after every use. Each time I had to get it activated I was told by the front desk not to have my phone by the key. That attitude is why the place is a dump. They dont take responsibility for the place falling apart and blame the guest. For the money you spend it's better to find another place to stay. My son has asthma and was very uncomfortable here. I told them this and asked to clean and it's still full of dirt and mold. Additionally, when we checked in they charged someone for a bad room smell, but the entire place and room stunk bad upon check in. So they charge you for cleaning and smells that were there before checkin.
