The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service I have received in the past four years. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.
- ALAlanna LardaroMay 31, 20264.0Very nice hotel newly remodeled, great location especially if you have a pet. Nice river on the side thats makes walking your pet easy. Bags are provided by the park, so Please pick up after your pet. Breakfast has DIY waffles, oatmeal, eggs sausage, muffins, bagels, toast yogurt. No fruit but they have included Almond Milk for cereal. Assorited juices and water. Bring a stainless steel bottle and fill up. Pretty breakfast area to sit. BBQ on the patio also to use with picnic tables! Micro/fridge in room also. Only negative is My shower handle fell off . Shampoo and conditioner are provided. I think for this place to stay nice over the years they just have to pay a little more attention to maintaining of the bathrooms. Will stay again!

Breakfast was continental offering eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt ,coffee, 4 types juice, etc Bed was very comfortable& water for a shower was hot. No elevator but only 2 floors. They offered guests free coffee, tea, hot cocoa upon arrival & departure. They have picnic tables on the side of the hotel near river side. Hostess greeted the customers and very pleasant& easy check-in& out
