  I am currently staying here for work. And the hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic. And the service is amazing. I met Dev when I checked in and he has been so friendly and helpful. Even checked on me when I had a rude door dash person, just to see if I was ok. He is definitely a true asset to the hotel.

  It is what it is. No continental breakfast so it can’t crack 3 stars for me (i will do 4 though because im in a mood and dont want to risk being bias.) No coffee bar either. Rooms are clean and bigger than some places (not big though). No little soaps either, i like taking them home for my collection. I could just have high expectations because the inn at fox hollow is nearby and is also in my companies daily rate and it has HUGE rooms and a coffee/cookie bar, and continent breakfast and dinner. The tvs there also have hbo. My company system has the rate for the fox hollow as 25$ more expensive but it’s totally worth it.

  The service was very poor. I booked a room through Priceline, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told I needed to pay at the hotel. When I attempted to pay with my card again, it was declined. As a result, I was not given the room, yet I was charged the next day and never able to stay in the room, and they falsely claimed I was a no-show.

  As an essential worker, we are expected to be in the hospital. Blizzard or not. We were not given accommodations at the hospital so I chose to stay here at Best Western which is less than two miles away from the hospital (or a 4 minute drive away on a regular day). I figured as long as I can get out of the parking lot, Old Country Road will be a straight shot to the hospital. I called Best Western a day before the blizzard to ask if they had a plan to plow overnight so we can get out and get to the hospital by early morning 6AM. I was assured they have "a guy." Well we got stuck. It was an untouched blanket of snow that literally went up to my knees, past my boots and into my boots. An hour of digging did us no good. Ultimately I had to phone a friend, walk across the parking lot to the gas station, and catch a ride. I'm livid. I have fellow coworkers at other hotels where I was told they plowed their parking lots throughout the night. I chose this specific hotel because I was assured it will not be an issue. Unfortunately I never caught a name. It was a young man who answered the call on Saturday February 21 at 06:58 AM. Do not recommend. ... Not to mention the room smelled like body odor and the thermostat didn't work. Oh and the WiFi didn't work either… when we told front desk the WiFi was not working he just shrugged it off blaming it on the weather.

  Zero stars - the worst customer service. Deceptive billing and misrepresentation. Will be filing BBB complaint and CFPB complaint. DO NOT USE = SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.
