  Bed bugs in bed. very dirty room and sheets weren’t clean. should do better. after this experience, i will never visit a holiday inn again.

  This was one of the best “budget” hotels we have ever been to. It was just a stop for the night so we got there after dark. I will say the parking lot has a lot of pot holes as you’re driving in; the parking lot street lamp lights also were out where we parked. I was a little nervous to park next to a wooded tree line with no overhead lighting. It didn’t feel very safe. The inside of the hotel was a different story. The lobby was nice & had complimentary cookies and water. The staff were friendly and got us checked in quickly. We had a double queen room & it was very nice. The room was perfect aside from the fact that it had a connecting room, the door on our side that would go into their room didn’t have a door knob or lock. They just had cardboard there to cover the holes. It made me uncomfortable because I was unsure if the people in the room next to us could access our room since we had no way to lock it to prevent them from coming in. Had I been traveling alone I would have requested a new room. The breakfast was amazing though. They were cinnamon rolls, a variety of bagels and muffins, turkey sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereals, pancakes, juices & milk. I was really impressed with the selection

  This property processed an unauthorized second charge on my credit card for a stay fully prepaid via Chase Travel. When I discovered this and contacted the hotel, my requests were repeatedly ignored until I escalated the issue to IHG Corporate. Only then did the General Manager immediately provide written confirmation that a refund would be issued. However, after waiting 10 business days with no credit processed, I requested a verifiable transaction reference number. Instead of a legitimate refund receipt, the manager sent a copy of my original $0 checkout folio, falsely presenting it as proof of a reversal. Furthermore, when I submitted a corporate survey regarding this billing issue, IHG corporate informed me they would not publish my feedback. Due to this severe lack of financial integrity and the brand's censorship of legitimate complaints, I am highly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this hotel.
