  Pretty standard for a Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and the bed was ok, but the way the sheets felt mediocre, though for the price of the room, it is what it is. Breakfast was pretty standard, but there wasn't any bacon of sausage links at breakfast. Definitely disappointed.

  We stayed 3 nights. We were visiting friends. When we first arrived, the girl working the front desk acted as if we were bothering her, when we checked in. As we walked down the hallway, there was a stale almost mildew odor. I thought, well, maybe when we get to our room, it will be fresh. But no such luck, it was mustier than the hallway. It did get just a tad bit better, after turning the air down to 66°. Any higher than that, and the musty odor returned. As I said, we stayed three nights. Not once did housekeeping come to see if we needed Fresh towels or the trash changed or the beds made. I’ve never stayed in any hotel and had that happen. On the third morning, we were leaving out to visit friends, so we asked the woman working at the front desk for necessities. She was so rude and nasty and once again, acted like we were bothering her. We asked for: fresh towels, toilet paper, and for our trash to be changed. She was very rude, however, when we returned, we did have fresh towels, toilet paper, and the trash had been changed. Also, on the second night, the room straight above us, Sounded like a family of Clydesdales Were performing up there. If you’re counting on a good night sleep, don’t stay here. The walls are paperthin. The floors must be made of the cheapest plywood with no insulation. You could hear everything in every room. Also, my husband and I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air and sit in a common area. The only outdoor common area was a broken picnic table by the trash dumpster. And last, but not least, the Wi-Fi did not work. I did call the front desk for Assisstance, the gentleman did try to walk me through it, but it never synced. If You are going to stay in Syracuse, do your research and don’t stay in this dump.

  Tough to find the entrance. Hotel is currently getting remodeled. Staff very courteous and helpful making me feel welcome.

  It's okay for an overnight stay from the airport or for workers but not really a nice luxury hotel to stay at.

  Perfect place to stay for a night before a flight. The staff is great fun (hopefully the new IT system works now😊). They took the stress of the situation they are in well and took great care of their guests.
