  Great hotel! Room was spacious and very clean when we arrived. The front desk staff was also extremely kind and the water bottle bag was absolutely appreciated! Airport shuttle is a huge plus and the proximity can’t be beat!

  I had to book last minute due to a sudden death in my family. My plane got delayed and wasn’t sure if I was going to make my connecting flight. I called the hotel to inform them ahead of time. A man informed me I could call at anytime when I knew for sure and they would cancel for me. After I missed my connecting flight I called again to inform them. The lady answered I explained the situation and she told me your room is non refundable there is nothing I can do. You can call in the morning and talk to manager there isn’t one at night and I don’t know a specific time so call someone around 10am and they should be here. I called in the morning and asked for a manager. I wasn’t even put on hold the lady just handed the phone to someone. I explained the situation again that I had to book last minute due to a funeral and my flight got delayed, so on and so forth. I got the same go around about my non refundable room and that this happens all the time because they are right next to the airport and nothing they can do. I understand non refundable but I also understand there is away to explain with empathy towards someone who has just lost a family member and had there whole travel plans ruined. The lack of empathy caught me off guard, I asked if there was away to get credit for a differnt night since I will be leaving that same airport. I got the response I can give you 500 points to your account which i learned equals $2. There is a way to explain things to people without reading a script and as a manager myself I was caught off guard by how quickly they dismissed me as I was still a paying customer. I will be booking elsewhere just due to the staff and manager on any other visits going forward.

  Checking in was quick and smooth, and I loved how clean and inviting the place was. The staff were so friendly and eager to help, making us feel welcome. The only issue was that parking was limited and very cramped.

  At the first glance the hotel looks pretty decent, but the cleanliness leaves a lot of room for improvement. The carpet is filthy and stained, the bathroom in our room smelled of old urine, and it looked like the whole room was “cleaned” with dirty mop because there were old dirty smudges everywhere: cabinets, microwave, countertops, mirrors and doors. The only positive is comfortable bed and clean sheets.
