  We visited on October 4th, our flight got canceled at 1am. We were traveling with our small child. The front desk representative Zeke was outstanding. We did not have milk for my 1 year old and he went out of his way to get us 2 cups for the night even though he was busy and just got slammed with a large crowd from the canceled flight. He was very very nice and told us several times to please contact him if we needed anything. The customer service was exceptionally good. The hotel was very close, room was clean.

  Pros:room was clean Cons:at check in, there was a line 3 deep. Two hosts, 1 was working, the other was ordering dinner, then left. leaking shower head wouldn't stop dripping. Elevator door almost got stuck, Light next to bed has a sketchy switch Breakfast: went down at 6:30am. The breakfast seating area had no lights on, only eggs for a protein, 4 spoons in the cutlery holder, the juice dispenser was broken, the coffee machine was broken the milk was sour. I asked the worker for a bottle of water, said ok and then disappeared. I paid for a stay with breakfast. I did not get what i paid for.

  Should have been expected for a Holiday Inn Express, but this place is run down. Hair all over the desk in the room, white powder of some sort in the desk drawer, the tub faucet was falling apart, the toilet leaked at some point into the floor, the AC is super loud, and overall the place just looks nasty. Wouldn't stay here or at another HI Express again if I can avoid it.

  I stayed here because my flight got cancelled at SYR. The place is nice, clean, and quiet, and has a shuttle to the airport every 15 even after midnight. The stay was comfortable

  This place is disgusting. First of all, they had no coffee maker in the room, and no cups, not even paper or the plastic thin ones. There’s a sad little refrigerator and a microwave that doesn’t work. With regards to hygiene and cleanliness, there is a big wet spot in this room when I first checked in. If you look at this picture that I took from behind the bed, you can clearly see this hasn’t been cleaned out in years. There’s an old jelly container or something, either a marker or a syringe of some type, an old penny, and lots of dirt and dust. I do not recommend staying here.
