- JCJen CallahanMay 8, 20261.0Too loud!! This is the worst hotel stay and customer service I’ve had at a hotel. I checked in at 8pm for the sole reason to get a good nights sleep for my flight out. On arrival I found my bathroom dirty and I could hear the tv next door but I was ready to settle in since I had to get up so early. All night the compressor to the mini fridge kicked off and in jolting me awake. The neighboring guests came down the hall talking loudly and proceeded to do so in their room at 2 am. I could hear everything and couldn’t return to sleep. I wrote an email first thing in the am to the front desk manager and also called as a follow up later in the day. Instead of apologizing or offering a refund or anything else she repeated that I should’ve told them at the hotel. The guy at the desk at check out was kicked back and eating. I didn’t think it would fall on professional ears so I didn’t bother. The manager just told me what I should’ve done and said she could not follow up since the other guests checked out and she wouldn’t ask them if they were loud. How ridiculous. She promised to have the manager look into and I didn’t not receive a response to my email or a credit or a phone call. This hotel was not clean, and loud. The shuttle experience was the only good part. I’d avoid it if possible.

Large flat-screen TV. Bathroom was large and very clean. The shower did have a little mold at the grout line, otherwise clean.
