  Horrible experience I felt so embarrassed I was treated like a stray dog from the streets this place needs better costumer service and retrain their staff the staff scheduled on September 7 one of the guys cuz I can’t call him a gentleman he ain’t shit he yelled at me and raised his tone of voice when all I did was ask for directions and for check in he was refusing to help me and just told me he had other things to do

  The worst IHG hotel I ever had. There are only 7 free parking spots belonging to the hotel. The room is not very clean. Balcony is right facing to a restaurant kitchen vent. If you open the window, the oil smell will come into the room. Also, the room has a constant mold smell. The AC is too loud. The restaurant down your room plays load music at 7 am. The only good side is you can walk to the Niagara Falls. Not worth my money.

  Stayed at voco The Cadence in Niagara Falls and had a good experience overall. The location was fairly close to the Falls and made it easy to get around without paying the premium prices of some of the hotels right next to the attractions. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the area. The staff and service were friendly and helpful, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay. Nothing overly fancy, but a solid, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. For the price, location, and overall experience, I'd definitely consider staying here again on another trip to Niagara Falls.

  Garret, the manager who checked us in, was exceptional! We arrived just before our room was ready. He offered us multiple activity options while we waited (only ended up being about 15minutes), and informational pamphlets. He was an encyclopedia of Niagara Falls, NY knowledge. He was patient and accommodating at every interaction. All of the other staff were just as great, but Garret really made us feel at home from the beginning. The location of the hotel in relation to the falls and surrounding attractions was perfect. We could have taken only a 20 min walk to the falls if we hadn’t waited for free parking at the park after 8pm. A welcome center is less than a block away. Going there is must to plan your day (very affordable options—mostly free). The surrounding area was much more run down than expected, unfortunately. The hotel itself offered nice rooms that were always cold. Cleanliness could have been just slightly better, but nothing unlivable. The outdoor area of the restaurant is definitely not the most kept up with. And the outdoor furniture on our room balcony was broken and clearly had not been used in a while. All things considered, none of the flaws would stop us from staying here if we visit the falls again. Unrelated but a can’t miss: go to the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute student led dining experience for at least one dinner!!
