She went above and beyond to help us with everything. The rooms are clean and the view from the balcony is pretty too. Glad to have choosen this hotel for our stay.

Upon arrival, Maria was warm and welcoming, and checked us in promptly. She also informed us that the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and free parking next to the restaurant. The entire check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the low-density, which meant less hallway traffic and a quieter atmosphere. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and helpful. Best of all, the hotel is within a short walking distance to Niagara Falls. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

- DDdaydiwaleykaApr 20, 20265.0Perfect location to stay if you are going to the Niagara Falls. We stayed for three nights and we walked to the Niagara Falls every day. They have a complementary breakfast(waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, bagels, oatmeal, cereal & fruit, coffee and juice) no meat. Rooms were clean. Service was good. Elevator makes a lot of noise when closing so it might be a problem during night time (but there is not a lot of traffic of people during the night so it’s fine). Overall, we were very happy with our stay! I highly recommend staying in the hotel
