We had work being done at home and we needed a room with extreme short notice. We booked while our workmen were prepping the work space after they said it would be best for us not to be there due to chemicals (someone else told us it would be safe to be home). We got all packed, cat and all, and we got a room within 5 minutes of calling. We get there and unpacked for a few minutes when we got a call from our workmen stating they couldn't start the job as anticipated. When we got there the room was spotless and clean. We let the manager know what happened and asked for a refund, knowing we probably weren't going to get it and being understanding if we didn't, it's not the hotel's fault for us leaving early. They actually gave us half back. Which was SO appreciated. We always stay here when we have work done on our home. The longest we stayed was almost 3 months during renovations. The staff is nice and accommodating. We will always come back here.

Marjeeta, probably mispelled, is the manager and has worked there for 26 years. Very nice people and place. Nothing fancy, but clean and smells clean.

One of the worst experience staying in this hotel. Microwave is very old and dirty. When I called the house keeping she cleaned by spraying it. Some of the hardest parts she removed using scratching her nails 🤣 later the oven is not working so we called to switch a new microwave (which is also dirty) and no housekeeping is available at 9PM to clean it. We didn't have any option rather than heating food with that oven.
Also room is very small and it's not like how they have the pics on the website
I’m pretty sure this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. When we checked in we had to request another room due to the smell of our first room, the second one was not much better, combination of pet odors, cigarette smell. The rooms are small and i understand the sure stays are an economical room but 250 for a room like this is way to high, even if it’s booked out and a Saturday. On top of the odors the room was not clean, sheets were stained, hair in the bathroom. Literally garbage bags of trash littered all over on the north side of the building. No waste basket, no ashtray and no bench to sit on outside. There was trash everywhere. To top it off upon checkout there was 2 large buses blocking our car when we tried to depart, resulting in us waiting 25 minutes to leave the property. The parties on the buses had cleaned out breakfast by 915 and no other food was replenished, even the coffee was gone.Lastly before we departed there were two strange people roaming the lobby, that made our family uneasy and another separate person outside yelling inappropriate things. I really enjoy best westerns and have no idea how this establishment is affiliated with their brand. It does meet any standard of the other hotels I have ever stayed at. Please do better for future guests.

Please read all before booking! Unfortunately my family and I booked this hotel before reading reviews or doing our research. It was not a pleasant experience. The first room we were in smelled terrible and we requested a new room, luckily we were able to get a new room but it smelled like chemicals and the a/c was not working properly also there was hair in the bathroom and mysterious stains on the sheets. We tried to book another hotels but they were all booked out. Our room had 2 full beds and was super cramped, I had to walk sideways to reach my side of the bed that was next to the window. The WiFi did not work, even on the tv in the room. (I tried loading Netflix and peacock to watch a movie). Also our room keys did not work. The breakfast was empty by 8:30am, my family waited for food to be refilled but unfortunately it was not. Also there was very sketchy men outside hanging around , they didn’t have a room and tried to have the free breakfast.
