  This hotel is very poorly maintained. We checked in on a day when the outside temperature was nearly 100°F, only to find that the AC had not been turned on prior to our arrival. The room was stifling hot, and even after we turned the unit on, it ran incredibly weak. It took nearly 5–6 hours for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk management (who claimed to be the owner), she was highly defensive and rude rather than being accommodating. She dismissed our concerns and told us to just keep waiting. When we requested an alternate room, she completely ignored the request. I highly discourage anyone from staying here, and I will certainly never return.

  Clean, safe, comfy. I left the sweet lady a tip at breakfast buffet. She worked nonstop. She thanked me later. Said it was her first tip in 7 years. How can people not leave a tip (even small) for the breakfast buffet team? Anything is better than nothing

  Reserved a two queen room but was told after I arrived they was full and I got a single twin bed in a nasty fllthy room. Battery was dead in smoke alarm it beeped all night. Complete rip off

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived at 5:30 PM only to be told that our room was not ready and were asked to come back after 45 minutes. After finally getting access to the room, we were hit with an overwhelming foul odor that made it difficult to even breathe. The room smelled as if it had not been properly cleaned or aired out for days. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was hair all over the bed and throughout the bathroom, making it obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was dismissive and unprofessional: “This is what we have.” After further complaints, we requested a different room. The only alternative offered was a room with a single bed, forcing us to compromise because no other suitable options were available. To make matters worse, when we asked for an air freshener to address the horrible smell, the staff brought what appeared to be a strong disinfectant spray. The chemical odor was so overpowering that it left my throat irritated and made it impossible for me to sleep comfortably. Even my cat was visibly uncomfortable in the room. Between the lack of cleanliness, terrible odor, poor customer service, and inadequate solutions, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Save yourself the frustration and think twice—better yet, think a hundred times—before booking this hotel.

  I travel all summer for work staying in hotels, I can say this hotel isn't bad at all. The rooms are clean (minus a hair I found in the shower), the front desk lady is extremely nice and accommodating, everything work well (shower, AC, TV, electric) and in a nice location. Lots of stores around. If I’m working in this area again I will definitely stay here
