  Location is great, walking to the falls is very close. The only problem we had encountered was that there were many moths in our room. We were baffled why they were in the room and so many outside our window and couldn’t understand how they were getting in. Anyway all in all it was a good stay.

  Our stay at this Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing and far below the standards we expect from the IHG brand. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn properties before and have always had positive experiences, but this was completely different. I visited Niagara Falls with my friends for the first time, and unfortunately, we all left feeling disappointed. The lobby was dusty and poorly maintained, the staff were rude and unhelpful whenever we had questions, and the room itself was not clean. We even found bugs in the room. The bathroom was outdated, with peeling wallpaper, rust on the fixtures, and a broken toilet paper holder. The TV advertised Netflix and YouTube, but neither worked because the Wi-Fi would not connect and the casting feature was unusable, leaving only basic TV channels. There was also no complimentary breakfast. We paid $400 just for two nights and felt like we got nothing. The pool wasn’t as showed in the pictures and it was dirty and elevator were small. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, customer service was lacking, and the amenities did not work as advertised. This stay did not reflect the quality I have come to expect from Holiday Inn, and I would not recommend this property.

  I got into my room and their was no toilet paper, and one area smelled strongly of pee. Pretty sure it was a chair. Don't even need to mention the WiFi was pretty unusable. The only reason this place must exist is likely because of its location to the falls.

  The service here was great. They've got a lounge for platinum and diamond members with free waters, soda, coffee etc, which was great. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are just fine 🙂. The location here is great. You're close to Niagara State Park, the little downtown area, everything, it's all walking distance (even with a 7 and 10 year old). There is a GREAT restaurant in house...we tried quite a few things and were never disappointed. We were only here a few days and just decided to eat here again because it was so good. If you like to venture, there's also plenty of restaurants nearby. Too many to list. The pool is un-inclosed in a main room, which doesn't humidity things quite a bit on that end of the building, which was odd. There is also no breakfast served here. We would stay again anytime though.

  I love the location but that’s about it! The extra charges are annoying, but I understand they happen… just know you’ll be charged a resort fee and for parking. They need to work on maintenance and housekeeping, the rooms are so badly maintained you’ll feel like you are staying at a motel. The cleaning crew really needs some additional training because I was seeing some major red flags, but we weee here for 2 nights and the reviews makes me feel that it’s no surprise.
