  For a Crowne Plaza we were not impressed. Disappointed. Hallways were in serious need of a vacuum. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Fridge did not work. Bedside lamp did not work. Despite turning the air down to 60 it still did not cool the room well. Steve at the desk did offer complimentary breakfast when we voiced our concerns but said he could not do much else. We did let him know immediately since there was an incidentals fee to make sure we were not charged for these issues. Due to rooms being full he could not relocate us. Breakfast left a bit to be desired also. Pancakes were made with waffle batter and extremely dry. Toast was toasted in the kitchen and then served with a side of butter. At this point the toast was cold and butter did not melt. Omelet was good. Definitely glad the front desk gave us a free meal voucher. Do not recommend the hotel or the restaurant.

  There’s no sense that that charge 10 dollars for the open parking lot where they don’t offer any security to the cars. 160 dollars for a night should have a minimum of included parking

  This place is absolutely disgusting! The hotel is overall dirty, completely outdated, and lacks function-ability. I am not a high maintenance traveler but the rooms at the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls Riverside are small, outdated, moldy, stained, and the springs on the mattresss are poking through. The main entrance and bar are filled with flies and fruit flies. There was only 1 small functionally elevator, which took forever. There is minimal parking and accessibility for handicapped individuals.

  Great hotel but badly managed. Staff have no clue about policy and have a bad attitude. They are either not trained or have an attitude that resonates the management or ownership. Again, great hotel but missing management, missing on service and missing on hospitality.

  I stayed here like two years ago, just wanted to write this because this place had the best pizza I've ever had. I've been to NYC and New Haven and Jersey and blah blah multiple times. The pizza here beats all the pizza I've had in those cities and I dreamed about it two years later. Divine margherita
