  Unfortunately I will be giving this place a 2 start review. Ireserved their king suite for Aug 15th, i was charged for the room but when i arrived i was informed the room was double book, they admitted it was their mistake and offered me a dinner or complementary wine. they offered to put me into a room that was first floor horrible view we pick the room specifically because of the view it offered, they charged me for the replacement room as well. when i spoke to management, they informed me they would refund me the difference. The refund failed and and I'm still waiting today for this refund so that's 3 1/2 weeks basically a month. I've spoke to management each week since and have been told they would process the refund still nothing. our stay was also sadly did not meeting our expectation my family wanted to swim in the pool but the pool had a lot of bugs in them which ultimately took that off the docket the room they put us in did not have a microwave but was clean. This has been a very unpleasant experience, ill say this, everyone was is kind and empathetic but unfortunately that's not enough when it comes to customer experience when running a business.

  The room was just plain nasty for a crown hotel. Not even sure how they got their status. The chair had to be 30 years old with dirt and holes in it. The floor was NOT clean. Getting off the elevator was met by a lunging pit bull who the owner did NOT have a good hold of. Being pet friendly is one thing but owners need to control their animals. The dog in the adjoining room number 703 barked constantly. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place. They need a overhaul of more than just the lobby. Rooms also stunk from all the sanitizer to kill the piss smell.

  The hotel is ok, the rooms ok, the location is good. What really brought the score lower was the awful internet. We basically had either no access to the wi-fi or very patchy slow connection. To top things off our room wasn't able to get good internet off our phones. In this day and age reliable internet is table stakes for a hotel of this type. The reception staff were pleasant and did try to help by getting maintenance to restart the router, as well as saying that the hotel was quite full and this impacts wi-fi. However this did nothing to help, there was no point taking it further as it was beyond the scope of what the onsite team could do. Management needs to invest in solving this issue. A better connection and upgraded access points is the order of the day.

  My son and I stayed here in a suite and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you to the general manager, front desk staff, maintenance and room service staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to ensure I had everything I needed. Being transparent, the rooms can use some updating but I heard IHG will be working on them soon since they only acquired the hotel two years ago. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there and all the staff amazing!! Thanks everyone

  The rooms were clean and functional as to be expected. The in house restaurant was fair/fair minus. The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy, and the nearby 7-11 looked outright scary. However, the true star of the hotel was housekeeping! Yes house keeping! Room was always cleaned well each day of our stay and bed was made each day (as to be expected) House keeping made with towel characters on the bed that the kids loved. Gave our stay an air pleasantness that we appreciated. Location was good just 20 minutes away from Niagra Falls. Easy to find with GPS.
