  **Extremely disappointing and unwelcoming experience for families with kids** Three families traveling together checked into this hotel on August 17. We had several children with us and booked four rooms at the last minute. After a long and tiring drive, we simply needed a convenient place to rest along the way to Niagara Falls. Had we not been exhausted and looking for the nearest available accommodation, we would have chosen another hotel. Unfortunately, before we had even completed check-in, the receptionist—who introduced herself as Megan—appeared frustrated when she saw our children. She immediately warned us about the children making noise. We understand that all hotel guests must be considerate, and we have stayed at many hotels with our children before. However, her tone and approach made all three families feel unwelcome before our stay had even begun. We cannot speak negatively about the hotel’s other employees, who may be helpful and courteous. However, the customer service we received from this particular receptionist was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel. After booking four rooms, we expected basic courtesy—not to be treated as though our children would automatically create a problem. Our experience did not reflect the positive reviews we had seen. Based on this check-in interaction, we did not find this hotel welcoming or kid-friendly. Families traveling in the Niagara Falls area may wish to consider other accommodations.

  Good breakfast, EV charger works, easy access from road . However although mentioned renovated, smell of mold still persistent in the room. Bathroom door gets stuck every time closing. Pool water causes eye irritation to kids. Given the policy for room service happens every 4th day of stay the trash can is extremely small and trash spilled all over the room, -- overall not well-maintained.

  Perfect for a trip to Niagara Falls area. Great location for eats, and the Falls. Clean room, breakfast included and good service. They even have a heated indoor pool and workout area. Our stay included 3 nights.

  Breakfast is bare minimum, i didnt like the potatos or sausages etc.

  Amazing hotel with a great location, just a short distance from Niagara Falls. The proximity to the falls made it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Fall
