  Comfortable enough. Plenty of places to eat near hotel. Good breakfast.

  Samantha was a wealth of knowledge and super helpful. This is an old property in need of some updating...dark hallways, etc. But.....I have stayed at Best Western hotels all over the US. This one is at the bottom of the list. No kleenex in the room. No coffee maker in the room. No hand lotion in the room. The AC/heater did not work, so they set the temperature at 70 degrees and it was either on or off at that temperature...when it was on, the fan ran continuously....loudly. the fan in the bathroom was annoyingly loud. Three mornings in a row, the breakfast was the same; no variety like you normally see at a Best Western. Also, no yogurt machine like you normally see at a Best Western. The woman who ran the kitchen area never smiled or was not to be found. But, Samantha was phenomenal with smiles and answers to all questions and suggestions on what to do. Best Western needs to divest itself of the property...they should be ashamed to associate the brand with this property. This property needs a new manager or a new owner, or both.

  The rooms are great .People are welcoming . Breakfast is amazing . It has an indoor pool and vending machine . Surrounding looks a bit desserted but the stay is safe .

  Wife and coworker stay there two nights. People stomping up and down in the stairs. Talking loud on their phones going up and down the hallway. Their bathroom where tiny. They have a coffee area where you can get coffee at but you have to set in the dark if you want to drink it. Hostess gets upset if you turn lights on. Breakfast area serves from 7am- 10am,but all the hot and cold items are out at 5am and you can't get anything for 2hrs so it's sets for 2hrs before you can get anything. So if you have to be any where before 7am your out of luck getting anything but coffee.

  I booked this place through Expedia, and it said it was a 10 mins drive from Niagara Falls. I was disappointed, as it took me 20 mins to get here. The only reason I booked here was becoz it was supposed be close to the falls. The rooms and entrance is nothing like what it shows on the expedia. There are no safes in the room, neither there is microwave nor a coffee machine. They have coffee in common area all the time. But there is no choice of milk, there is only half and half. The juice machine is only dispensing water. Hope there are more options at breakfast. I will know that only tomorrow morning. If you want to heat up any food you have to go to the common area. All in all, its a waste of money. $100 per night tariff is not worth it.
