  ***לא להתקרב**** אני ואישתי הגענו למלון הזה ל8 ימים שלמים תחילת הירח דבש שלנו והמלון הזה פשוט מזעזע אין מה להגיד אחרת 8 ימים של חדר מלוכלך 8 ימים שכל יום כל יום שמו לנו בחדרים "אחרי כיביכול שהם מנקים אותו" מגבות עם כתמי דם וכתמי איפור כל יום היינו צריכים להתקשר לקבלה אחרי יום ארוך של טיולים וכיף להגיע לחדר מלא אבק מגבות מלוכלך בקטע מגעיל כל פעם היינו צריכים לחכות חצי שעה עד שעה בישבל מגבות חדשות והיינו מתקשרים כל 10 דקות להגיד להם להביא לנו. פיספנו מסעדה אחת כי לא יכולנו להתקלח פיזית כי הם שמים לך 3 מגבות בחדר וכולם פשוט מלוכלכות בקטע מגעיל דם איפור שערות מזעזע. קיצור אל תתקרבו למלון הזה לא שווה שקל לכן למלון אחד ליד נראה הרבה יותר טוב לא להתקרב!!!!!

  Questo hotel è una vera chicca: posizione molto comoda e prezzo ragionevole. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e silenziose, con letti comodissimi quanto i cuscini. Il bagno è adeguato alle esigenze; l'unica pecca è che c'è la doccia nella vasca, ma resta comunque confortevole. Il personale è super efficiente e gentile: all'arrivo, e poi ogni giorno, viene sempre data una bottiglia d'acqua. All'interno c'è anche un bar molto comodo, sia per una colazione veloce sia per un aperitivo o una birra. Mi sono trovata benissimo e ci tornerei sicuramente.

  There was really nothing to not like during our visit! The location is fantastic; about a block from Grand Central Station. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was about as large as any I’ve stayed in when visiting Manhattan. Our 13th floor room (seriously!) faced a quiet alley, so there was very little street noise. We would most definitely stay here again!!

  This was our second stay at the Westgate New York Grand Central, and once again we were extremely happy with our experience. We really like the style of the hotel, especially the lobby and the overall atmosphere. Our room was excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic for exploring New York, and it made getting around the city very easy. We stayed for three nights and were very happy throughout. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. Most importantly, however, I would especially like to highlight Kevin. He was incredibly kind to us throughout our stay and genuinely stood out. We always enjoyed our little conversations with him, and he was consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He is clearly someone who takes great pride in his work and makes guests feel at home. We were honestly very impressed, and he deserves special recognition. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to the Westgate the next time we are in New York. A great hotel, a great location, and above all a great team.

  So we had a suite it was a nice size room especially in manhattan and the folks working there were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of some repairs. The elevators made a terrible sound, we were next to them. Sounded like someone above us dragging a chair on the floor. The AC in our room every time it shut off sounded like a door slamming. This made it difficult to get any good sleep. It’s unfortunate because location is good, employees were great but a lack of commitment from Hotel made the stay very tiring.
