  התאכסנתי במלון למשך 4 לילות דלת המקלחת לא ננעלת מבפנים אחד השקעי חשמל בחדר היה רופף אין אםשרות להטעין טלפון קרוב למיטה כי אין מספיק שקעי חשמל הופתעתי לגלות שאני צריךצלשלםמ2 דולר עבור משמרת מזוודות פעםמראשונה שאני שומע על כך בכל המלונות שהתאכסנתי מעולם לא ביקשו תשלום על כך ואני חושב שזה צריך להיות כלול בשרות ולא בתשלום קיבלתי עלמכך פיצוי 3 ארוחות בוקר בודדות והאוכל לא היה טעים כאשר עשיתי צק אואט נאמר לי שאת הדיפוסיט על סך 100 דולר אני אמור לקבל תוך 5 ימי עסקים 5 ימי עסקים עברו ולא קיבלתי חזרה את הדיפוסיט שלחתי 3 הודעות במשך כמה ימים למלון ואף אחד אפילו לא טרח לענות חזרה הערבתי את בוקינג ורק לאחר כמה ימים קיבלתי את הכסף חזרה למלון הזה לעולם לא אחזור !!!

  Just okay. For a 4 star hotel and the price lacks a lot. Lobby is tired and they nickel and dime you $2 per item to store any luggage before check in. Feels silly when you’re paying thousands for a suite. No real doorman at this hotel. Also called front desk multiple times at check out to get a bellman and our car from valet. No one answered. Had to lug down all our luggage and stroller ourselves with our two year old. Rooms are good, we had a suite which was very spacious. Room was clean as well. the bathroom is tiny though! Could barely get myself in there. The staff are kind and helpful.

  ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this hotel has handled a serious cleanliness issue. At approximately 6:00 AM this morning, I discovered a cockroach 🪳 in my hotel room. I immediately informed the front desk, expecting prompt action and a professional response. Hours have passed, and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the situation! * No room change was offered. * No room upgrade was offered. * No discount or compensation was offered. * No immediate solution was provided. Instead, I was simply asked to wait while they dealt with this issue. What makes the situation even more concerning is that the staff did not appear particularly surprised by my complaint, which raises serious questions about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and whether similar incidents have occurred before. Finding a cockroach in a hotel room is completely unacceptable, but the lack of urgency, accountability, and customer service is even worse. I paid to stay in a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed hotel, not to spend my morning chasing staff for a solution to a basic hygiene problem. I am still waiting for management to take responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice.

  The good, which is great. Staff is excellent, especially Frank who had an emergency toothbrush I needed. I needed extra sheets and towels and they came up quickly. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The ambiance and lobby is very classic NYC and the location on the corner of 54th and 6th is perfect for everything. Unfortunately the rooms were not great, especially the price we’re paying for a 4 star hotel. Many of the outlets didn’t work bc the charging device would fall out. Covers to the knobs were missing in the bathrooms. The blankets were really old, which is why we wanted extra sheets. I also upgraded to a higher floor, though in midtown manhattan there’s still not really much of a view from up there so you don’t need to do that.

  How can this hotel be so tone deaf…we Love the Warwick Brand, we Love the Famous Westminster Hotel in Paris and the Warwick Hotel Paris. The Warwick Brand’s GM’s, Management and Staff in Paris are Phenomenal at both Hotels, they welcomed us with an upgrade and beautiful treats for our Anniversary and the staff gave us hugs and smiles whenever we arrive because they are Family to us since we stay with them on every trip. We gift staff like we gift our children because we Love and Respect everyone there. But the Warwick NYC is HORRIBLY RUN, management are subpar snd below the Warwick brand standards… we stay there so often, that we love to tip/gift staff, doormen, front desk, Bellman and the sweet man who cleans on each floor. The kindness is who we are and yet kindness isn’t a Management Priority here…there’s more cold, uncaring staff than kind caring staff, except for a few amazing STAR standouts. I asked management(reservations manager, who I met before)to do something sweet for my wife’s Birthday and I’d pay of course. NOTHING HAPPENED…this Hotel was the worst service we’ve received in NYC OVER 40 years of visiting. The Phenomenal Stars were a young Hostess in the restaurant ( I tipped her 20$ because she was sweet) at morning breakfast when I walked in for coffee to go before a breakfast meeting at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel( BEST Hotel in NYC). 1 Bellman was amazing and we ordered breakfast bagel sandwiches and dessert for him on 2 days… another bellman wanted money to store 3 bags and a laptop for 5 minutes which is fine but I had to run to my room to get my wallet, he asked me to Zelle the money now lol(8$) 😂… I came back with 20$ and said keep the change and gave the other bellman 30$ in breakfast treats and sandwiches. The Zelle bellman lol needs to be retrained, I almost laughed in his face when I thought how rude he was over $8. All the Doormen are REALLY AMAZING, everyone of them is a Giant like Bodyguards and super nice and professional, 1 ran a block away to find my uber… he’s the SUPERSTAR of the DAY. I wouldn’t visit again until they raise their standards and customer service… they can learn from the Star management at Westminster PARIS and Warwick Paris, their Management is Phenomenal, thanks to their GMs ( they are the BEST IN THE WORLD) !!!!🇺🇸🇫🇷 ps the Warwick Hotel Owner is Phenomenal and gives guests amazing experiences around the world at EXTRAORDINARY RESORTS AND HOTELS, he needs to send someone to fix Warwick NYC, it’s been cold and uncaring for a long time which is harming his BRAND. The Last photo is the sweet doorman at WARWICK’s WESTMINSTER HOTEL PARIS with my wife as he says goodbye to us as we go the the Airport, that’s CUSTOMER LOVE AND RESPECT… we love the staff here like we love our children❤️❤️❤️🇫🇷🇺🇸🛩️
