  ★★★★★ Soggiorno nel cuore di Manhattan! L'Hotel Warwick è stato una scelta eccellente. La posizione è imbattibile: centrale e comodissima per girare New York a piedi o in metro. La camera si è rivelata decisamente più ampia rispetto agli standard della città, molto pulita e dotata di tantissime prese elettriche comode per ricaricare tutti i dispositivi. Unico punto da segnalare la moquette per chi può avere allergie alla polvere. La nostra camera aveva vista sul cavedio che però non ha guastato la qualità del soggiorno. Ottima la zona per fare colazione al mattino e fantastico il bar dell'hotel aperto fino a tardi, perfetto per un drink dopo una giornata in giro. Consigliatissimo!

  **The Warwick New York Hotel — Review** Stayed here for seven nights and overall had a satisfactory experience, though a few issues are worth flagging for future guests. The suite itself was comfortable and well-located, but it only had a bathtub — no walk-in shower cubicle. For a seven-night stay, this became genuinely inconvenient day to day, and it's something guests who prefer showers should ask about before booking. Housekeeping was the bigger disappointment. Requests for room cleaning were frequently delayed well beyond a reasonable wait. When staff did arrive, the service felt rushed and perfunctory — especially in the bathroom, which wasn't cleaned to the standard I'd expect from a hotel in this category. Most of the staff we interacted with in person were pleasant and helpful. However, a couple of the ladies handling phone queries were a real letdown — they hung up abruptly while we were still asking questions, showing a lack of patience and a somewhat condescending attitude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from guest-facing staff fielding routine queries. The rest of the stay was pleasant enough, but these issues held it back from being a great experience. Would recommend confirming shower configuration at booking and setting clear expectations on housekeeping turnaround. **Rating: 3/5**

  Excellent établissement, idéalement situé pour visiter New-York. À quelques minutes à pieds de Central Park, de Times Square, des 5ème et 6ème Avenues et de plusieurs stations de métro. Personnel efficace et agréable. Réception 24/24. Sympathique bar dans l'hôtel. Chambre (avec City view - je vous le recommande) tout confort (lit douillet, climatisation, moquette, belle salle de bain). Coup de cœur particulier pour le style de cet établissement, avec des photos et accessoires décoratifs d'époque. La classe ! Thank you to all the team of the Warwick New-York ! 🇺🇲⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Overall I enjoyed my stay at Warwick. I wanted a Hotel with a bit of a New York vibe and this definitely has it. The room was nice, quite spacious and a comfy bed and also quiet. The service can be improved though in my opinion. My room was not ready at 3pm and after waiting for another 20min they told me it would take 15 more minutes. I said that I would then just come back later and store my luggage for now. Luggage storage usually cost 2$ per item and is cash only. I told them that I am waiting for my room and then they did not charge me, which is fair, but at a Hotel of this price this should be included in any case. The other point is that the free Wi-Fi is extremely slow and the better one costs 17$. This is just not appropriate anymore for this day and age in my opinion. So my feedback would be: drop the luggage fee and make the fast WiFi default and I would be happy to come back.

  Horrible experience, if I could give them less than one star I definitely would. The room was not only dirty, matress worn out, tv not working, paint peeling off the walls, but the stench of musty mouldy room was unbearable. Checked out after 3 hours and changed hotels immediately to the Hilton on the same street. It is a disgrace and the standard is nowhere near the ‚4 stars’. Will never come back, beware of this hotel.
