  This was an overall wonderful experience. My wife and I checked in and mentioned how excited we were for spending our anniversary in New York. Yasmine at the front desk assisted us and was extremely helpful. She had mentioned our celebration to her colleague Allane. He came over and congratulated us handing out some chocolates for the occasion (they were delicious). Both Allane and Yasmine were very helpful and so nice during our check in process. Thank you for the great customer service! The room was clean and had a great view of Times Square. We were very fortunate to have the view! The rooftop bar was also a great experience as well! Overall 10/10 definitely would recommend to friends and family.

  I had a great stay at voco Times Square South. The location is perfect for exploring New York City, with Times Square, Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Hudson Yards all nearby. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Johan at the Front Desk was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. Great customer service makes a huge difference when traveling, and Johan definitely delivered. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend voco Times Square South to anyone visiting NYC!

  Hotel on varem estar amb una habitació quàdruple 8 nits. L’habitació molt petita per ser de dos llits grans i sobretot falta un armari ja que no varem poder treure tota la roba de les maletes per falta d’espai. Habitació neta i molts endolls per carregar els mòbils. Faltaria un llum central. El lavabo molt correcte espaiós i la dutxa molt bé. La neteja de les habitacions molt bé, cada dia canviaven les tovalloles i l’habitació súper endreçada i neta.. El personal de l’hotel, tant la recepci, com el servei de l’esmorzar molt amables i molt simpàtics. Una pega es el tema ascensor que a hores puntes esta col·lapsat per els proveïdors de l’hotel i els clients. A la tarda en posàven llimonada i crispetes gratuïtes, era un bon moment quan arribaves cansat a l’hotel per fer un kit-kat. L ubicació excel·lent , molt bona, molt aprop de Times Square. En general l’experiència va ser bona.

  My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for 14 nights. Overall, it is a very good hotel with a fantastic location—it felt like we were close to almost everything! The customer service was also a highlight; we had an initial issue with the food service, but both the receptionist and the bartender stepped in and resolved it immediately, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few drawbacks. The room was extremely small, especially for a family staying for two weeks, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor in the hallway leading to our room. Because of the room size, I highly recommend this hotel, but strictly for short stays rather than longer vacations.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The service at this hotel was very poor, especially at the front desk. The staff were not helpful at all and showed little willingness to actually resolve guests’ problems. The elevator situation was also terrible — the wait times were consistently extremely long, which made getting in and out of the hotel unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, the level of service was far below what I expected. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.
