  Loved my room. It appeared to be the only one with a balcony and it was huge. The breakfast at their restaurant carnegies was delicious. My only complaint was when asking for extra hangers we had to call 3 different times and they only brought 1 hanger. Besides that, had a great stay. But don't stay there if you want quiet. There's non stop honking all night

  The hotel itself is fine, and the service has been good. Unfortunately, the street noise is a major issue. My room faces the street, and the noise at night made it very difficult to sleep. If you are sensitive to noise, I would strongly recommend asking for a room facing away from the street. Otherwise, the hotel and staff have been perfectly fine.

  Mi visita a Nueva York fue una experiencia increíble, y hospedarme en el Voco Times Square South hizo que el viaje fuera todavía mejor. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación para conocer Manhattan, con muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes y opciones de transporte cerca. La habitación estaba cómoda, limpia y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estadía después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. También quiero destacar el ambiente del hotel y la atención del personal, que hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy agradable.   L’emplacement à côté de Penn Station est la seule valeur ajoutée du lieu. En France ce serait un mauvais 3*. Check in express sans présentation notable de l’hôtel et de ses services. Chambre petite et sans âme. J’ai passé plus de temps à attendre l’ascenseur qu’à faire quoique ce soit d’autre à NY. 2 ascenseurs à partagés entre les clients de 18 étages de chambres et plus, et le personnel. Combien de fois je n’ai pas pu monter à cause d’une femme de chambre et son chariot ou juste parce qu’il était déjà blindé. Le welcome drink doit se déguster le soir même ou le lendemain, après vous n’êtes plus la bienvenue apparemment (si vous avez eu le malheur de ne pas avoir le temps de vous poser au bar). Cette règle est stupide mais le personnel est obligé de la suivre évidemment. À la réception, les réceptionnistes ne savent visiblement pas maîtriser leur propre logiciel Opéra car faire le deposit sur une carte et le paiement sur une autre nécessite 3 personnes et 20 min. La conciergerie est animée par de jeunes dames qui ont l’air habillée pour nous faire aller au cirque, et qui ont toujours l’air de bien s’ennuyer. En tant qu’ancien manager en hôtellerie, je suis estomaqué de l’expérience globale. Chambre propre et personnel restauration sympathique néanmoins.

  I stayed at this hotel last week for four nights. My experience was horrible. Customer service is subpar. The rooms are extremely small. They offer "breakfast" you might as well eat a can of Crisco before eating all the greasy food with no flavor. I asked for someone to clean my room 3 times. I even went to the front desk myself before leaving out to have my room serviced. I returned 3 hours later...still no service. I called the front desk and I was told someone would clean it. I saw the cleaning lady and what looked like a manager and asked them to clean my room. Finally it was serviced. The room is so tiny if you share the room the other person would have to jump over you to get to the bathroom that doesn't close completely so if someone poops, the scent will go through the entire room. They have a small refrigerator but no microwave, so if you carry a takeout and bring it back to your room there's no place to warm it up. I travel a lot and this hotel it rock bottom for me.
