- SPSamantha PersicoJul 17, 20264.0Had a wonderful stay at the Franklin! Very conveniently located off of the 6 train, and there aren’t very many options in the upper east side. So very glad this location exists! The room is small but that’s to expected anywhere in the city. The only slight issue was the bathroom sink location, a bit tight. All in all I had a great time here and will definitely be back!

Was cozy, no real noise. Front desk staff really good. I spent three nights there and could walk to all the great tourist stuff in the area.
