- LLLiz LantzApr 19, 20265.0I was a little nervous staying here as it had less than 4 stars on Google when I booked - and the nerves were for nothing! It was a great little hotel in a PERFECT location for exploring the Upper West Side. Yes, the room was small, and the hotel doesn't have some of the usual IHG hotel amenities (fitness center, flat irons to borrow, etc), but that feels like the norm in NYC. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was nice with decent products and water pressure. Staff were so friendly! They were able to accommodate an early check-in which was really helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The people who work there are so welcoming and helpful. And staying on the upper east side is much, much nicer than staying in Midtown (which is easily accessible by the 6 Train which is steps away).
