  Os quartos são pequenos, o ar-condicionado não funciona direito e as camas são desconfortáveis. A organização do café da manhã é péssima, com muita confusão, pouca estrutura e o espaço sempre lotado. A experiência acaba sendo cansativa e abaixo do esperado. O único ponto realmente positivo é a localização, que é muito boa e facilita bastante os passeios pela cidade. Recomendo apenas para quem prioriza localização e não se importa tanto com conforto, organização e qualidade da hospedagem.

  Great value hotel. Easy walk less than 10 mins every day to multiple subway lines and walked with our roller bags on first/last day. Stayed 4 nights in June during World Cup and Knicks championship win, city was buzzing but hotel was quiet, safe, very pleasant for family coming home 10-11pm every night. A few hangers but no closet in rooms, comfy beds and classic NYC sized hotel room.

Mirian, Bonnie ,Say, Carlos, Julyssa all give exceptional comfort, Customer Service they all go beyond their scope of the responsibility to provide friendly, helpful always making sure that my stays are great and safe. I am a diamond platinum member and I will continue to be loyal to this account because of the great customer service.   Receptionist said the 100USD deposit would be returned just before I left. Its been quite a while and my deposit has yet to be seen. Tried to get through by Expedia as not based in the US but to no avail... Where is my money????

  Location is great and the staff are friendly. Lots to do and plenty to eat. Close to Times Square and downtown. It is loud at night but that's everywhere in NYC. King room was clean with no issues. but on the small side. Not much room to move around once you bring in luggage, even less when you put down the ironing board. TV didn't work for the first two days, not a biggie but the wifi is TERRIBLE, it needs an upgrade ASAP. 5G on my phone was 10x faster. And the TVs in the room do not have HDMI access so your streaming boxes won't work. The lowest rating I'd give is to the continental breakfast. Extremely low effort; pre-mixed egg rounds definitely from a box, tater tots on some days, cut up hotdogs on other days. I've been to cheaper hotels that had better breakfast offerings than cut up hotdogs. I'd stay again, but next time I'd budget for buying breakfast.
