  Habitaciones pequeñitas Es un 3 sencillo La atención de Darla y los recepcionistas excelente en todo momento. Pudimos dejar las maletas luego del check out. Tuvimos una hora más late check out sin costo hasta el mediodía . La zona ideal para ir caminando hasta las av principales .

  Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, tome una habitación con cama doble pero súper pequeñas las camas. La habitación que me dieron tenía el lavadero averiado, la 2da habitación que me dieron no tenía microondas; Los televisores no son smart TV solo puedes ver canales locales, para estar con niños toddler no es nada pero nada recomendable. Me dijeron que me podían cambiar la habitación y luego que ya no. Dos señoritas que estuvieron en la mañana (recepción) pésimo servicio. Solo estoy poniendo 3 estrellas por el joven que nos tomó el check in en el turno tarde y la señorita que atendió en el desayuno.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! You will pay for a motel 6-style stay, with dirty sheets filled with hair and dirty, stained towels. The worst part was the horrible odor in the room coming out of the A/C. The pillows were flimsy. The room was extremely outdated and breaking apart with peeling walls. When you open the door, the door hits the bed immediately. There is NO space. Do not fall for this hotel’s misrepresentation. Avoid please.

  I booked the Best Western Plus Time Square West through a third party, and honestly, I’m happy I did. We took the train from JFK Airport, which was about an hour, followed by a 15–25 minute walk to the hotel. Rolling our luggage wasn’t the easiest because some of the sidewalks aren’t very level, but that’s part of saving money when traveling to NYC, lol. When we finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby and overall hotel looked nice and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was that they let us leave our luggage with them since we arrived around 10 AM and check-in wasn’t until 3:30 PM. That allowed us to immediately start exploring New York instead of waiting around with our bags. The location was definitely one of the biggest highlights. Times Square was about a 15–20 minute walk, so we were able to walk around and sightsee while killing time. We also saw Wicked, which was only about a 7–10 minute walk from the hotel. But my favorite part of the location was how close it was to Pier 88, where we were taking our Carnival Cruise. It was only about a 5-minute walk, which made things incredibly convenient. We stayed here for one night before our cruise and two nights after. On our last day, we had a 10 PM flight, so after checking out at noon, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there while we explored more of NYC. We took the Big Bus (red bus), and one of the stops was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Being able to store our luggage made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy our last day without dragging our bags around. A few things to know: * There are no safes in the rooms, although they do offer a safe at the front desk. * The rooms are very small. We had a room with two full-size beds, and getting our rolling luggage around the room was difficult because there wasn’t much extra space. * We paid around $385 per night for our Thursday and Monday/Tuesday stays, which felt pretty expensive, but the convenience of the location made it worth it for us. * There is only one elevator, so there can be a wait. * The free breakfast can run out quickly, so I recommend going early. They were a little slow to refill some items. The service was great and everyone was very welcoming. The luggage storage was probably one of my favorite perks because it allowed us to enjoy New York without worrying about our bags. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s conveniently located, close to attractions and theaters, and mainly somewhere to sleep and shower, I think this hotel is a good option. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time hanging out in your hotel room, the small rooms might be an issue. I especially loved how many Broadway shows and attractions were within walking distance. And if you’re taking a cruise from Manhattan, the location near Pier 88 is a huge plus. Overall, if I take another cruise from Manhattan, I would definitely consider staying here again. The convenience and location worked really well for what we needed.

  En general la valoración hubiera sido buena porque es un hotel que no queda muy lejos de Times Square y la habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia El problema llega cuando el la reserva indicamos que necesitábamos una opción sin gluten,lo comentamos en el desayuno.Primero se nos dice que todo tiene gluten.. cuando genéricos como fruta o leche puede perfectamente un celiaco.Pregunta en cocina y nos dicen de no tomar nada y si lo hacemos es bajo nuestra responsabilidad Dejamos un día de margen y decimos que pregunten sobre huevos o productos que se preparan calientes Como no se nos dice nada volvemos a preguntar y la contestación es que no viene nada detallado. Pegan un cartel en la pared informando de alérgenos de los que ellos mismos no tienen ni idea.Las mesas son insuficientes para desayunar el número de gente hospedada. Las personas responsables en recepción a las que se nos remitió no demostraron ningún tipo de empatía o interés por solucionar la situación
