  Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The staff are impeccable…helpful, kind, attentive and discreet. We had two separate groups of celebrities staying at the hotel and they got the privacy and hospitality I’m sure the wanted. The location is great right on 5th Avenue close to lots of sites. Our room was massive….with an equally enormous bathroom and gigantic bathtub. The executive lounge with food, drinks and curated candy from Dylan’s was wonderful. The vending machine for the World Cup was a fun perk. The kids loved trying to win something and everyone cheered when a young boy successfully got a limited edition soccer ball just as they were leaving for the airport. I don’t love NYC but I would definitely come back just to stay at The Langham.

  랭햄에 머무는 동안 너무 좋았던 기억이라 다음에 뉴욕오면 또 오고 싶음. 1. 위치가 좋음. 5th Avenue를 타고 쭉 걸어서 미드타운, 센트럴파크 가기에 나쁘지않음. 2. 객실구조 너무 편리해서 좋았음. 엑스트라 베드를 추가했는데도 좁지않아 더 좋았음. 3. 라운지 패키지가 너무 유용했음. 아침/점심/저녁 모두 간편하게 해결하기 좋음 4. 무엇보다 너무너무 친절함👍🏽 I had such a wonderful stay at The Langham that I definitely want to come back the next time I'm in New York. 1. Great Location: It’s an easy and pleasant walk straight down 5th Avenue to Midtown and Central Park. 2. Excellent Room Layout: The room structure was incredibly convenient. Even after adding an extra bed, it didn't feel cramped at all, which was a huge plus. 3. Highly Useful Lounge Package: The lounge access was so worth it. It was perfect for grabbing quick and easy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 4. Outstanding Service: Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! 👍🏽

  Absolutely horrendous experience. As a frequent traveler and corporate executive, I usually stay at Peninsula, Ritz Carlton/St Regis or Four Seasons but because of the world cup final, FIFA booked us at the langham. Not only did they screw up with my 5 nights stay in a family room, the staff and check in (other than the first woman that checked me in) were rude, condescending, unfriendly and judging. They were unaccomodating with late check out by even 30 minutes so that as we had to switch rooms (which they screwed up by not having our type room available all 5 days) so that we could just make our room switch seamless, but they also downgraded my paid room stay. I will NEVER recommend this hotel for anyone who can afford the other hotel alternatives and I will be a outward detractor of this hotel and this brand.

  Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the minute we pulled up we were greeted by staff and everyone went above and beyond. Abu was the man and made us feel extremely special from the minute we got there to the minute we left.
