To apply at our agency, you must be traveling internationally within 14 calendar days, or 28 calendar days if you need a foreign visa. Make an appointment online (make sure you are on our .gov site). or call 1-877-487-2778. You must provide printed proof of international travel and pay all fees (including the $60 expedited fee) by credit card, debit card, or contactless payment only. Our staff will discuss options for getting your passport, which we determine on the day of your appointment based on your date of travel. Most customers return to pick up their passport on another day or receive it by mail. We cannot guarantee same-day service.
