Would have been a 5 star experience but Ramy almost ruined the entire visit for us. He was extremely rude yelling at the guests, rolling his eyes for people to get off / on the elevator. When we exited the couple in front of us inquired about the 7D experience and he told them to get off the elevator, interrupting them. The husband once again told him we all needed to go to the 7th floor because we had missed the experience. He was extremely aggressive and said "show me your ticket then." My boyfriend and I had it on our phones so it was easily accessible but the couple who had a small child with them was anxiously looking for the receipt. They showed him the purchase and he said very snotty "that's not your ticket that your receipt!" They finally found it and we went up to the 7th floor with absolutely no direction on how to get to the 7D experience. We walked around with the couple trying to work as a team to find this place. We finally found it by Alicia Keys on the 7th floor. We get there and there is a very small sign that says wait here. But there was no attendant. No information on how to get a hold of one so I called the number online to see if we could have a team member meet us there. The phone number was disconnected no longer taking phone calls according to the recording. We stood there for a few minutes more when Roy came out to greet us. Ramy had already put me in a horrible mood and I think Roy picked up I wasn't totally happy. He began to joke with us and tried everything he could to make it better. The 7D experience was totally worth the extra add on. It was a rollercoaster virtual reality ride that took you through an abandoned circus and you shoot clowns while you are riding. It was so much fun and after the ride was over, Roy took more of his time to make sure we left with a smile on our faces. Because of Roy we left on a good note and for that I really appreciate him. Moral of the story it only takes one bad apple. Ramy I hope your day gets better and that you, moving forward, treat people with kindness. We are all visiting New York some of us for the first time there was absolutely no reason to talk to people the way you did. Completely unacceptable and I hope a manager will address this behavior. No one should ever be made to feel like a burden in an establishment they are paying for.

Madame Tussauds 234 W. 42nd. St. New York, NY 10036 This wax museum is conveniently located in the heart of Times Square only foot steps away from the Port Authority Midtown Bus Terminal. When I first encountered this museum, I was highly skeptical because I was initially hesitant to view wax sculptures. I was not expecting anything exciting or mind blowing. As soon as I encountered the sample sculpture of The Rock (not pictured) situated on the sidewalk at the front entrance, I quickly realized I was mistaken. The detail on the sculptures looks so authentic you’ll actually believe it is real. The museum has multiple floors with a variety of authentic statues. Each exhibition has a theme ranging from movies, music, sports, horror, and animation. The admission fee is pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. Be sure to have your camera ready to take plenty of pictures. While you are there, do not be afraid to pose for a photo next to your favorite(s) effigy. They look so genuine you can deceive people into thinking you actually met a real life celebrity! #madametussauds #waxmuseum #timessquare #madamemarietussaud #madametussaudsnewyork

¡Totalmente recomendable!

I visited Madame Tussauds New York during my trip and had a really fun experience. The museum is very well organized and features an impressive collection of wax figures from celebrities, athletes, and historical figures. The level of detail is incredible, making it feel very realistic and perfect for photos. One of the best parts is how interactive it is — you can get close to the figures, pose with them, and really enjoy the experience instead of just looking from a distance. It’s a great activity whether you go with friends, family, or even alone. The location is also very convenient, right in Times Square, making it easy to include in a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in New York and looking for something fun and different to do. It’s a memorable experience and worth it, especially for first-time visitors.
