  Superlage sehr zentral gelegen nettes Personal Zimmer sauber alles was man braucht für einen Urlaub in New York nicht zu vergessen kostenloses Wasser kostenlosen Kaffee und zwischendurch ein bisschen Obst

  We were recommended Hotel Kixby through our travel advisor as she said it was a central location, the location was perfect. Subway station at the end of the road/block, a 5 minute walk from Times Square, perfect view of empire state very close also, gym and complementary tea, coffee and water (even flavoured water) also provided 24/7. The rooms were huge and spacious, staff very helpful and friendly (helped us with understanding the subway for first time and gave us maps ect). We moved rooms a day into our stay as the person I was staying with was very anxious, I came down to reception at midnight and spoken to Rafeal who was so understanding and helpful, he kindly said we could move rooms (to a higher floor) and even let us look round the new room beforehand to see if it’ll be suitable. He then allowed us to go back to our original room to pack and came up and escorted us to our new room. Excellent service (I hope he sees this review as he really made my friends stay so much better as the city can be overwhelming for the first time). Unfortunately I have no photos of the room, however I did take one from the roof top bar. Thank you for a great stay and amazing service really would recommend.

  Fabulous location, staff are great, rooms are lovely. This has been without a doubt, ine of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The rooms and entire hotel are decorated lovely. The staff can not do enough for you, always happy to help. Rafael in the front desk was lovely and the guy that was working on there today, 16/5/26, was brilliant (didn't catch his name). Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends

  Wat een TOP hotel!! Locatie is geweldig, overal dichtbij, de kamers zijn zeer ruim, wij hadden de queen size kamer voor 3 en zeer proper! Heel vriendelijk personeel en leuke bar en restaurant voor hamburgers aan het hotel. Kixby hotel is top uitvalsbasis om New York te ontdekken en na lange dag heerlijk weg te dromen.

  Stayed 1st May to 3rd May, room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we'd need (coffee pod machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board) the lamps had USB charging ports which was fab and freed up my plugs, The shower was amazing !!! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were really nice!! Lovely touch having shower caps and moisturiser! Great water pressure. The location was amazing !! Soo near to everything! The rooftop bar had just opened and it was such a party vibe!!! We couldnt hear it from our room (floor 6) The free water bottle was great and the room on the 2nd floor for coffee, tea, water, ice, flavoured water was very handy! I would come back here again. Staff were really friendly.
