In the heart of New York’s Financial District, our boutique hotel puts you just steps from the iconic crossroads of Wall and Water Streets. Once the site of the Buttonwood tree, where the stock exchange first took root, today, this quiet corner of Lower Manhattan pulses with the stories and modern energy of the Seaport. It’s a neighborhood of contrasts, where cobblestone paths meet steel and glass, and where discovery lives around every corner. Whether you're exploring South Street Seaport’s maritime charm, catching the sunset over The Battery, or slipping over to Brooklyn for dinner, our hotel is your launchpad to the city’s cultural and architectural icons. Start your morning where history happened with a delicious breakfast and espresso at Buttonwood Café. After a day well spent, retreat to calming guest rooms designed to help you recharge. Expect upscale amenities, plush bedding, and noise-canceling windows that offer a true city sanctuary. Enjoy modern essentials like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center, plus thoughtful touches like pet-friendly rooms and balcony views in select accommodations. Welcome to the neighborhood.

The hotel's proximity to Fulton Street station was the practical feature I appreciated most on a work trip involving multiple neighborhoods. 5 minutes and then direct access to nearly everything. Meetings in Midtown, dinner in SoHo, back to the hotel by 10pm for a proper night's sleep.

Celebrating an anniversary. We wanted something that felt special without being pretentious. The balcony room in a historically interesting neighborhood with a view that genuinely moved us and a rooftop bar that made both evenings memorable. The right choice for that occasion.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. Early check-in was not available, so we left our luggage at the hotel and went out until check-in time. We were told that we had a $10 credit that could be used for breakfast, water, or snacks. We were also told that two bottles of water would be provided, so I initially thought they were complimentary. However, after reading other reviews, I’m no longer sure. The explanation regarding the credit and bottled water could have been clearer. One inconvenient detail was the hand soap dispenser. There is a shelf only about one centimetre above it, making it very difficult to press and use. I already knew that hotel rooms in New York are generally small, so I was satisfied that our room had two beds. Overall, the convenient location and having two beds worked well for our family.

The balcony room overlooks the intersection of Wall and Water Streets. Standing on that balcony in the morning, watching the financial district come to life, has a specific kind of intensity to it. You're standing on the site where American capitalism was effectively invented. There's no equivalent of that feeling at a Midtown hotel.

My team had an amazing Stay at this hotel!!! And the Sales Manager Olivia Revson is nothing short of amazing. She is very accommodating and did all she could to make sure our team successfully checked in to the hotel. We had amenities for our VIP guests and all!!! I had a hiccup with some of the reservations and I went in person because I got worried the front desk manager handled me with such care and told me her admired my grit for ensuring the guests were taking care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are booking for a group and your office is in the Financial District. The Hotel is clean the lobby and rooftop are also a cool place to host events or just hangout. 10/10
