  Mala relación precio calidad. El área para tomar desayuno es muy chica para la cantidad de personas que la usan lo que lo hace incomodo. Tuvimos mala experiencia ya que en la habitación de al lado nos tocó una familia muy ruidosa

  Nos quedamos 10 noches con mi marido y mi hija. La ubicación es excelente. Perfectamente conectada y Chelsea es un barrio espectacular para alojarse. Las camadas son comodisimas. Las almohadas también. La habitación muy limpia. El personal ( sobre todo Mohamed y Andy) muy atentos y predispuestos todo el tiempo. El desayuno me encanto! Voy a extrañar los pancakes, el omelete es delicioso y los muffins más esponjosos que comí! Además el plus del servicio de café, agua y hielo todo el día, más las galletas y el vino de 16 a 17 hs es increíble. Las galletas mejores que cualquier otra de la ciudad. Sin ninguna duda voy a volver y a recomendarlo siempre. Esta es nuestra última noche. Muchas gracias!!

  We recently stayed here 2 nights. The room was recently updated and very clean. The hotel location was convenient to our interest, food, and entertainment. I called the hotel before we arrived for help with airport transportation, but never heard back. Our room had a toilet that was running. Afternight one of it running, we reported it, not sure if anyone did anything, but it was still kicking on every 2 minutes night two. While we were there the elevator was not working properly. We were waiting on the 8th floor for almost 30-minutes before it finally picked us up(after a call to the front desk). They required a $250 security deposit for my pre-paid room; I believe that's the most anyone has ever required especially since we were just a party of two. I checked out at 4:30am Sunday and asked them to release the credit card hold. Today I called back and was transferred to someone else about the hold on my card and no one ever answered, so the deposit is still on hold. The room was comfortable other than the toilet issue. A little too many issues to overlook for a vacation trip.

  Nachdem wir eine grauenhafte erste Nacht in einem heruntergekommenen Zimmer hatten, wurde uns eine Erstattung für die erste Nacht versprochen. Leider hat dies nie stattgefunden, das Hotel weiß plötzlich von nichts mehr und antwortet einfach nicht mehr. Das ist einfach nur sehr schlechter Kundenservice und sehr enttäuschend.

  We have been scammed. Paid $448 for one night but room was like small box. We felt like we stayed in a cave suffocating. There was no space at all to walk. When open a doos it got hit on the bed. When we booked in the picture room was very spacious and that’s why we booked but when when we checked in we were shocked it was completely disaster. I called the hotel staff from the room but they didn’t respond Nicky and didn’t take care of things. Vacation ruined, money wasted. They took money by crook showing some different room in picture and handling different room.
