We booked a room for three people, yet we were consistently given only two pairs of towels, even after repeatedly informing the staff that the reservation was for three guests, not two. Calling the room “small” would be an understatement — there was barely enough space to open our suitcases, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and noticeably slanted. The worst experience happened on our last day. After we checked out, it suddenly started pouring rain and a disabled person traveling with us got completely soaked. Since she is particularly sensitive to cold and could easily get sick, we simply asked to borrow a hair dryer for five minutes so she could dry herself in the bathroom. The hair dryers were removable and not attached to the wall, so this was a very reasonable request. However, a short lady with glasses working at the entrance refused immediately, without providing any explanation whatsoever. The complete lack of empathy and basic human understanding in that situation was honestly shocking.

Pour New York, la taille de la chambre était vraiment très correcte, offrant tout le confort nécessaire sans se sentir à l'étroit. On a adoré les petites attentions comme le café à disposition toute la journée et le moment convivial autour des cookies et du vin l'après-midi. Le petit-déjeuner est d'ailleurs très complet, ce qui est idéal pour bien démarrer la journée. Je recommande sans hésiter pour la qualité des services et l'accueil !

Petit déjeuner plutôt varié. Apéro tous les jours à 4PM (vin et cookies offert), café gratuit à longueur de journée, distributeur d’eau fraiche… Chambre confortable, grande TV et diffusion des sports US (NBA…).
