  We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast was good, and all the hotel facilities were well maintained and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Nous avions réservé cet hôtel des mois et des mois à l'avance via Booking et la veille au soir de notre arrivée sur NY (24h avant d'arriver à l'hôtel), nous apprenons que l'hôtel avait annulé nos deux nuits (!!!) sans même en être averti sur le moment depuis le matin (de la veille). Alors à Montréal avec nos deux enfants, nous avons tout tenté pour "récupérer" nos nuits en appelant plusieurs fois l'hôtel directement (un monsieur très désagréable nous a bien fait comprendre qu'il ne fera rien pour nous) puis le service client de Booking qui tentera également de faire quelque chose vis-à-vis de l'hôtel mais n'obtiendra rien également........ Nous avions lu quelques avis sur ce type de problème mais sur les milliers d'avis, ils ne représentaient pas grand chose donc nous avions tout de même réservé en espérant que cela nous arrive pas... Puis pas de chance, c'est tombé sur nous. Ça met un p'tit coup de stress lorsque nous connaissons le prix des nuits sur Manhattan mais finalement nous avons trouvé de quoi dormir. Bref, comme d'autres commentaires, je déconseille cet hôtel.

  I want to start off by saying the staff was FANTASTIC. The FD crew was always present & helpful! We were even able to check in early which was awesome. The breakfast team were eager to help. (Marvin & Lebron) Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not parallel the staff. The hotel is incredibly run down. The room itself was very old and dirty. The maintenance and housekeeping team have much work to do. We will not choose to stay here again.

  Upon checking into our room, we noticed that the carpet was soaking wet because the AC was leaking. We immediately called the front desk to report the issue. We went outside to give them time to fix it. When we came back, the carpet was still soaking wet. We called the front desk again, and they sent someone to vacuum the carpet, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. At that point, we were already frustrated and tired, so we decided not to call again. This was a very disappointing experience and not what we expected from a hotel. No more Holiday Inn for us from now on.

  We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Manhattan, which was advertised as being recently renovated. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that description. The hallway carpeting was rolling up in several areas, creating a potential tripping hazard. Our room was also missing a TV remote, hand towels, and washcloths when we arrived. These are basic amenities that should have been checked before the room was released to guests. We then had to request these items each day. Overall, the condition of the hotel and the lack of attention to these details was disappointing.
