  Breakfast team was not ready for folks or volume. Not sure if understaffed or late start. Printer was down with no posted note. It would have been a much less frustrating experience had a not been posted. Front desk staff was awesome.

  Great experience, affordable, clean, average sized bedrooms, 10 min walk to times square, D'Anera handles front desk very well with a lot of patience. I will definitely stay here again.

  Small rooms, though they have everything needed. Pretty good location, though surprisingly far from Subway lines. Only two elevators, both of which are small and slow. The free breakfast is nice - the chaos of the breakfast crowd is not. Not enough room to sit (I took my breakfast back to my small room) and hot food frequently ran out without being quickly replaced.

Our three-day trip was ruined by multiple major issues: * **Unannounced Construction:** There was ongoing construction work that we were never informed about beforehand. It created a massive amount of noise and disturbance throughout the day. * **Incompetent Staff:** The reception staff was quite incompetent and unhelpful when dealing with guest complaints. * **The Elevator Nightmare:** Every single time we wanted to use the elevator, we had to wait for **10 to 15 minutes**. It was incredibly frustrating. * **Overcrowded Breakfast:** The breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. It felt chaotic and crammed. * **Poor Housekeeping:** To top it all off, no room cleaning service showed up on one of our three days.

  ⚠️ My bag was stolen in the lobby and the hotel refused to help. During my stay at this hotel, my bag disappeared from the lobby. It contained [valuables/personal items]. When I immediately reported it to the front desk and asked them to check the lobby security cameras, management flat-out REFUSED to review the footage. No investigation, no incident report, no apology — nothing. Think about that: a guest's belongings were stolen inside their property, the cameras would show exactly what happened, and they wouldn't even look. If the hotel won't lift a finger when something is stolen from you in their own lobby, your safety and belongings mean nothing to them. I had to file a police report on my own with zero cooperation from the staff. Do not trust this place with your valuables. Stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.
