  Special mention to Jennifer we stayed for 10’days and she was kind enough to hold luggage help early check in and also timely house keeping I would Recommend this hotel as it is the best I have stayed in US

  Booked this hotel for Harry Styles at MSG back when we got tickets for the show based solely on location and the dinosaur and the fact that it is a Japanese hotel (which signals comfort, cleanliness, and modern amenities to me!)... and we were absolutely right to do so. It was literally down the block from MSG... not only a great option for a drink on the way (at any of the many establishments on the block) but so clutch after the show when our feet were tired from dancing!! Henn Na is centrally located to all the Manhattan attractions and landmarks; there are great restaurants and bars and shops and walks all around; double room slept 3 easily; it is clean, SO quiet, has a Japanese toilet (the best!!); and the staff was kind, efficient, and respectful. Housekeeping was awesome and responsive for extra towels, and the front desk happily accepted our late night post concert delivery via door dash (and hooked me up with a cab to the airport for a negotiated fee!). Overall, Henn Na hotel is QUIET and CLEAN and SAFE and KAWAII AF. And don't forget to try out the Japanese snacks vending machine.

  When I read that this hotel was better than you expected, I was sceptical, but when entered Henn Na hotel, I understood it. Super location if you travel by train via Penn station. The staff were great, very welcoming! Big shout out to Alastair! Cozy and clean rooms, the bathroom was the best among NYC hotels I’ve ever been.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years, as I have family in New York. My previous stays were consistently excellent, and as a regular guest, I have come to expect a high standard of service, which is one of the reasons I have always looked forward to returning. Unfortunately, this past weekend’s stay did not meet those expectations. The front desk service was, as always, courteous and helpful, and I appreciate that this has remained consistent. However, the room itself was not properly prepared prior to our arrival. We had booked a double room for three guests, but only two sets of towels were provided, requiring us to request an additional set. There were no cups in the room, so we also had to ask the front desk to provide those. In addition, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room, and we had to request one the following morning when housekeeping was making its rounds. The HVAC unit in our room was also very noisy, to the point that we were unable to sleep with it running. Finally, we were placed in a connecting room, despite my having specifically requested otherwise, as the soundproofing in those rooms tends to be poor and noise from neighboring guests is easily heard. Given this experience, we have no plans to return.
