  We were delighted to have experienced such an exquisite and top-notch service in Four Seasons NY Downtown hotel. As first-time visitors in NY, my husband, my baby and I felt safe and our needs were well taken care of. The attentiveness of the staff has left a remarkable impression on us, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The valet service, the lovely room, and the strategic location are certainly the most delightful things about this hotel, in addition to other amazing qualities it has, of course. Thank you for having us, we would love to be back here again should we visit NY in the near future.

  Solid staff but between the constant smell of marijuana and some clientele you can’t tell are homeless or not with no apparent dress code/etiquette requirements it’s just not our preferred spot in NYC anymore

  I ordered a cappuccino and it was burnt and atrocious. I had to spit it out immediately. The spoon was filled with dirty fingerprints I had to request another. The napkin had a terrible dirty odor. The waitress had a bad attitude and never apologized. Horrible experience. Even the public restroom was grimy.

  There’s nothing better than staying at a Four Seasons Hotel! The room was clean and large. Service was exceptional as usual! Love the location! Close to Little Italy and some great shopping in SoHo. Highly recommend this hotel. One of my favorites in NYC
