  Absolutely incredible service, Darius went above above and beyond (not a typo). He and the staffs’ efforts earned my appreciation and loyalty - looking forward to staying at the four seasons in the future

  Dear Management, I am currently a guest at the hotel, and I wanted to bring a concerning incident to your attention. I observed one of your employees—approximately 5'10", with braids, possibly working as a doorman, security, or bellman—engaged in a verbal altercation with a gentleman outside the hotel. The situation escalated to the point where the employee was yelling, challenging the individual to a fight, and even mentioning what time his shift would end. This behavior was highly unprofessional and does not reflect well on the hotel, especially since front-facing staff represent your establishment. Several people in the area witnessed the incident, and it was quite noticeable. I would strongly recommend reviewing your security cameras, as the interaction should be clearly visible.
