- AMAnna MJun 28, 20265.0A wonderful NYC experience. Room sizes and amenities were not a surprise. The Garden and TY Bar were the highlights of this stay. Great food at The Garden. But TY Bar, we were able to go there on a few quiet evenings, had the fireplace to ourselves, the cocktails were exceptional, so were light bites they offered. Thank you Four Seasons for always delivering top notch experiences.

- ARADli RinaldiJun 15, 20265.0My dishwasher had developed this rattling noise wich I figured was something broken in the spray arm assembly. Tech came out and confirmed exactly that — the lower spray arm had cracked and a piece was loose inside. Replaced it same visit and also checked the pump filter wich was pretty grimy. Sorted in about an hour

My husband and I encountered multiple travel interruptions, resulting in missing an entire day of our Paris vacation. We walked into The Four Seasons for lunch and a drink, and were met with such compassion. The service was gracious and refined. We were treated like frequent guests, even though I’m sure we looked worse for the wear after such a long day of interrupted travel. We hope to stay here in the future to enjoy more of the fantastic service.
