  Stayed for Fashion Week. Was unable to alter stay while there causing me to have to go to another hotel halfway through. Not a fan of this policy but the front desk was condescending while informing me of it. My main issue with this hotel was the bedbugs. I woke up covered in welts. Not worth staying here, even for the location if you get sick and take na infestation home.

  We had a great time staying at this Even hotel in Midtown East. The location is excellent, near lots of things but down a quiet street. The rooms were a little small but that’s certainly expected anywhere in NYC. The cleaning staff were diligent and cleaned the room and restocked it daily. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

  This hotel is our go to anytime we come to NYC. it's the perfect location just a couple blocks from Grand Central Station so you can get anywhere quickly using the subway. The rooms are typical NYC size but the beds and linens are incredible comfortable. The staff is always incredibly friendly. Julissa helped us check in this time and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely give this place a try. You won't regret it.

  stayed at the EVEN Hotel for a week and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and generously sized, and the central location is absolutely ideal. On top of that, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. During my stay, I unfortunately left my e-reader in my room. At first, the issue could not be resolved through the service desk and I was unable to have it sent back to me. Fortunately, Jeremy, the General Manager, personally stepped in and took care of the situation. Thanks to his efforts, my e-reader was safely returned to me. A very big thank you to Jeremy for his personal involvement, dedication and excellent service! It truly made a difference. What I especially appreciate is that the hotel not only takes good care of its guests when everything goes smoothly, but also takes responsibility when something goes wrong. There is genuine reflection, communication and a real commitment to finding a solution. To me, that is what great hospitality is all about. I am very happy and grateful for my stay and would definitely recommend the EVEN Hotel to everyone. A beautiful hotel, wonderful rooms, a fantastic location and, above all, friendly people who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you for everything, and I hope to return again! Heerlijk verblijf en uitstekende service! Ik heb een week in het EVEN Hotel verbleven en kijk met veel plezier terug op mijn verblijf. Het hotel is mooi, ruim, modern en zeer schoon. De kamers zijn comfortabel en ruim en de centrale ligging is echt ideaal. Daarnaast zijn de medewerkers bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijdens mijn verblijf was ik helaas mijn e-reader vergeten in mijn kamer. In eerste instantie lukte het via de servicedesk niet om deze naar mij terug te laten sturen. Gelukkig heeft Jeremy, de General Manager, zich persoonlijk over mijn situatie ontfermd en ervoor gezorgd dat mijn e-reader veilig naar mij werd teruggestuurd. Heel veel dank aan Jeremy voor zijn persoonlijke betrokkenheid, inzet en uitstekende service! Dit heeft voor mij echt het verschil gemaakt. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is dat het hotel niet alleen goed voor zijn gasten zorgt wanneer alles goed gaat, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid neemt wanneer er iets misgaat. Er is oprechte reflectie, goede communicatie en een duidelijke bereidheid om naar een oplossing te zoeken. Voor mij is dat waar echte gastvrijheid om draait. Ik ben ontzettend blij en dankbaar voor mijn verblijf en zou het EVEN Hotel zeker aan iedereen aanraden. Een mooi hotel, fijne en ruime kamers, een fantastische centrale ligging en bovenal vriendelijke mensen die echt om hun gasten geven. Dank voor alles en ik hoop zeker nog eens terug te komen!

  This was our first hotel on our stay in New York and I really liked it. Great location and very easy to walk to lots of areas. The room and the bathroom are very nice with complimentary teas and coffees. Lovely huge bed that was very comfortable. We had a problem connecting to their in house wifi and the staff were very helpful trying to fix it for us. I would highly recommend.
