  Ho alloggiato in questo albergo assieme alla mia ragazza nell'ultima settimana di agosto. La posizione è perfetta, centrale e prossima a Time Square e alle principali fermate della metropolitana. La camera era pulita e ogni giorno ci veniva rifatto il letto ed effettuato il cambio asciugamani. L'unica pecca il rumore dato dal motore dell'impianto di climatizzazione posto in prossimità della finestra della nostra stanza (306 - sesto piano). Niente comunque che ci impedisse di dormire, anzi. Staff gentile e disponibile sin dal primo giorno. L'ultimo giorno ci siamo serviti del deposito bagagli in loco, totalmente gratuito. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma nella stessa via ci sono diverse possibilità per farla a costi abbastanza contenuti. Tramite Expedia abbiamo speso circa 1350 euro per 6 notti.

  Great: Service for the most part excellent except when I had to deal with the washing machine. Loved the bed! Very comfortable. Lots of room for our bags. Got a room on the 18th floor and didn’t deal with street noise. The air conditioner was a bit noisy for me, but I brought my earplugs. Everything was clean and they even changed our towels. Cons: they have a few washing machines and dryers. One washing machine was out of order and the one I used got my clothes partially wet on the short cycle. Went through two cycles to clean my clothes and changed to another washer. People don’t take their clothes out of the washer for hours. I was told to wait for the repairman 10 minutes. He arrived about 40 minutes later and didn’t even know how to work the washer. Said someone would fix it in the morning. This is our second stay here and I would stay here again.

  Do Not Stay Here!!!! They will not return your deposit and they charge a destination fee that is illegal. I've been waiting on my deposit for wayyyy over 7-10 days and they're clearly giving me the same run around as others have gotten. Sad and shameful!

  Very convenient. Walking distance to time Square, Penn Station, Madison Square gardens, and the subway. Absolutely nothing bad to say about it. Too many shops and restaurants around. You might end up not using the kitchen at all. I didn't 🥰

  Staff was positive and worked hard. You can tell they care about their jobs. Located not too far from Times Square and food options. Check in was a breeze. Now for the downsides. AC was very loud and cooled decently. Somehow with the temperature in the low 80’s mid day, the AC temperature seemed to rise on its on. For example the setting was 64 (which it never reached) and got a low as 66 but upon waking up a bit warm ruining much needed sleep, the thermostat showed 69 and rising. Seemed like it was being controlled elsewhere. The WiFi wasn’t the best. Connecting to Apple TV or fire stick was not an option so I used hotspot for those devices and turned WiFi off on our phones. Room was a the small side but that seems the norm in NY. Shower water was hot but pressure was not good. Don’t pick higher floors as the elevators constant stopping will deduct time from your stay. The elevators floor number lights were hit or miss and there are only 6 people allowed to ride at a time. The bed was ok and I slept ok on it except for when it got warm in the room during the am hours. Overall, the stay did its job but we won’t stay again. Many hotel options avail, some that cost more that we will purchase for when we return. The loud AC and not able to switch rooms as a result was a downer for me but luckily didn’t ruin my trip (they never replied to my request via text to switch rooms)
