  My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The service from the staff was amazing, top notch. The rooms are quite small, insulation not a big deal, coming from a person that really does not tolerate lack of insulation from units. CLEAN, NO CARPETS. Location is great. The charge one dollar to keep your luggage safe which I do not consider it expensive or crazy. I mean I can't say anything bad about the hotel. Keep in mind that you are not staying at a 4 or 5 stars Hotel so this review is a review of a Hotel that provided me great, pleasant and quiet nights at a reasonable price. However, rate fluctuates everyday and some days price would increase the triple and unfortunately that is something that can't be controlled by us. Mattress would definitely need a replacement soon. My wife and I are lightweight yet we still feel that mattresses do definitely need to be replaced very very soon. Our bedroom had a view to another building so no view and this is something that does not bothered us.

  Very good placement with good rooms, don’t count to go to the breakfast at 7am if you have appointements because he’s always so late, but the service is still good and the hotel feels safe !

  Das Hotel hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv ist uns direkt bei der Ankunft aufgefallen, dass wir bereits vor der eigentlichen Check-in-Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Von allen Hotels, in denen wir während unserer New-York-Reise übernachtet haben, war dies das einzige, bei dem ein früherer Check-in möglich war. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns nach langen Tagen in der Stadt bestens erholen konnten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt betrifft die Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Check-out: Hier wurde eine Gebühr von 1 $ pro Gepäckstück berechnet. Das war bei anderen Hotels, in denen wir übernachtet haben, kostenlos und hat uns dort etwas besser gefallen.

  We had a great experience at this hotel during our recent stay. The receptionists and front desk agents were welcoming, positive, and very helpful, especially the receptionist working during the morning time. She was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The night/evening shift receptionist was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to a flight cancellation. And although the rooms could be on the smaller side, they were cozy, comfortable and very clean.

  We had a one-week stay at the hotel, and it was really, really nice. I really want to thank Khaoula for her wonderful welcome and attention during our entire stay. She was really sweet and helped so much, always with a smile! Not to mention the whole team, who always did everything they could so we would have the best experience. The room was quite big and practical, especially considering we had a two-queen-size bed room. The bathroom was pretty nice too. There is a little café too, where you can have coffee and some quick snacks before the day starts. Finally, the hotel is in a very pleasant area; it has many Korean/Asian places and some hidden cocktail and food gems nearby. Also, of course, it is only 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and you can easily walk to Times Square. Some buses and metro stations are also available nearby. Overall this hotel is very nice, and I would recommend it if you are looking for a place near the Empire State Building and in the heart of Manhattan.
