- ETemine akın tunalı1 day ago5.0The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, and ours didn’t have a minibar or refrigerator. However, since we spent most of our time exploring New York and eating out, it wasn’t an issue for us. What really stood out was how clean and comfortable everything was. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept as well as I do at home, which rarely happens when I travel. The bathroom was spotless, and the lobby staff were always friendly and welcoming. Overall, our stay was excellent, and both families in our group had a great experience. We’d happily stay here again.

- GFGwen FoxJun 6, 20265.0We stayed for 5 nights and can’t say too many bad things about the hotel. The room was exactly as described. It was clean, well remodeled and in a great location. The bedding was great and soft. Air conditioning great. In the lobby they had free water for when returned. Staff was really nice. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work and we only told them about it at check out. The lobby had a little breakfast for purchase. We did go at least twice however there is only one person taking orders and cooking so if you get in line behind a large family there is no hope in getting out fast. The food is not fresh and comes from a freezer to an oven then to you. Oatmeal ran out and out of spoons. It would be nice to serve free coffee and with the prices at least have fresh items with one more employee. All that said I would definitely stay again as the hotel was a great location and choose for us!
