  Our flight was cancelled and we needed a last minute hotel for a couple nights. The hotel was clean and spacious, staff was really friendly and helpful. The only part that was a turn off was the location. There were a collection of homeless near the front door. Aside from that, it was a nice location and amazing rooms.

  Amazing hotel! Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I realize this is a very niche situation, but we were traveling with my pole vault poles, which are in a 14’6” tube, and the staff let us store them behind the front desk just as they would any other checked bag. This was unbelievably helpful because I genuinely had no idea what we were going to do with them while staying downtown. Then, when we were trying to load them into the car during an absolute downpour, the staff let us use towels to dry off and warm up before getting back on the road. We’ve stayed at several hotels throughout the city, and this is easily my favorite. The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, and despite being out late most nights, we always felt safe coming back. Being just off the main street is also a huge plus because you get all the convenience of being downtown without as much of the noise. Couldn’t recommend this hotel or its staff enough! We will definitely be back.

  By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was absolutely incredible, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for the city. While it’s not directly on the main drag, the location is fantastic and within walking distance of almost all of the city’s main attractions. The luggage storage service was also a lifesaver on my last day in the city. And, if it matters to anyone, they have an amazing selection of TV channels available, which was perfect for evenings or during early mornings. Honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough. I will 100% be returning!

  Eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft in perfekter Lage mitten in New York. Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Fräulein Khaoula – so herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich, dass der Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer wurde. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

  I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience at this hotel regarding their luggage storage service. When I dropped off my luggage, the front desk agent (a woman wearing glasses) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She insisted that I had to pick up my bags by 6:00 PM. When I tried to clarify the storage policy, she was dismissive and impatient. She even took my phone to try to 'change the time' herself, but when she couldn't figure it out, she became visibly angry and took her frustration out on me. To my shock, when I returned to pick up my luggage, I discovered they had unilaterally changed my receipt to a 10:00 PM pickup time without informing me. Even worse, after I filed a complaint, they secretly changed the time again without any notification. Because of this, I was forced to rush back and pick up my luggage shortly after 5:00 PM to avoid their inconsistent rules, which completely ruined my plans for the evening. This lack of transparency, the rude attitude, and the constant, unauthorized changes to my storage details show a total lack of respect for guests. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid using this hotel’s luggage storage service. Very disappointed.
