Great location a bit off Soho near 2 subway stations.
Loby, public and service is great.
Main down side are the rooms.
Room is small, no real place to put your luggage and they could have done better work is arranging places to put staff inside the room.
Main big issue is the shower/tiolet door. There is no privacy what so ever.
The glass door is not really closing, there is a gap between the door and the glass wall.
So if you are a couple, need to take it into account ( use toilet in the lobby if you are shy...)

Well located hotel, excellent walkability. Rooms are small but efficient. My issue was the brutal noise. I initially thought the windows in my room were open because it was so loud, but they were in fact shut -- just not effective in noise blocking. Noise comes from traffic but also the rooftop bar. My room was facing an internal courtyard. That meant not a great sleep.

Disappointing Stay – Multiple Issues That Ruined Our Experience
I had high hopes for the Arlo SoHo, but our stay was plagued with problems from start to finish.
First, the patio restaurant staff were unnecessarily rigid. When I tried to push two tables together to accommodate my group — in a completely empty patio — security was called and a manager told us we should have checked in first. There was no one else around. The level of enforcement felt unwelcoming and over the top.
The housekeeping situation was unacceptable. We returned to our room at 4:15 PM and our room hadn’t been cleaned yet. The maid knocked, we asked her to come back, and we left at 5:20 PM giving her plenty of time. When we came back at 12:30 AM, the room was still not cleaned. We had to start the next morning using towels we’d left on the floor the night before — that is simply not okay for any hotel, regardless of price point.
To top it all off, the elevator doors failed to open while I was still in between the entrance leaving us with a bruise. This is a serious safety concern that management needs to address immediately.
Overall, between the overzealous staff, failed housekeeping, and unsafe elevator, I cannot recommend the Arlo SoHo. I hope management takes these issues seriously.

The rooms were beautiful, the location was fantastic and overall I had an absolutely fabulous stay. However, the true highlight of my experience was Jennifer and Malachi at the front desk.
I travel frequently for work and have stayed in countless hotels over the years and I genuinely cannot tell you the last time I met two front desk agents quite like these two. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome. Every interaction with them was an absolute delight, and they brought such warmth, personality, and genuine care to my stay that it felt less like speaking with hotel staff and more like catching up with friends. I could have happily chatted with them even more than I already did. Their level of service is truly beyond this world and as someone who previously worked as a hotel manager in Australia's largest hotel (Crown) I know just how rare team members like this are. I would have been absolutely thrilled to have Jennifer and Malachi on my team.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to them both. They made an already wonderful stay unforgettable, and they are the reason I will remember this hotel so fondly.
Jennifer and Malachi, remember: This season is for a reason!

I was in Manhattan for business and stayed at this hotel for four nights. The location is incredibly convenient and walkable to almost anywhere in the city, with pharmacies, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel itself is modern and has a really cool vibe, and I loved the way the spaces were designed. There is a really nice rooftop bar and a great courtyard on the ground floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also had a few packages delivered to the hotel before I arrived, and everything worked out perfectly. They received and kept my packages safe until I retrieved them, making it a very smooth process.
The only downside was the room, which was extremely small. It is somewhat expected for hotel rooms in the city, but it was really tight and there was hardly any room to open my luggage. The room was also very basic with hardly any amenities provided.
That being said, the location and vibe made up for it, and I wouldn't mind staying there again.
