  Went to the diner and rooftop 5/16 at 5:40pm Bartender/server at the diner never greeted us and was rude, didn’t give utensils but every table before and after us had all they needed with follow ups on meal. He would duck off if we looked like we needed something and would avoid our table. Was super friendly to other guests greetings and follow ups and made haste to do so. Our appetizer was brought after our entree. Food was good after the long wait. Rooftop service was better as a nice female bartender saw that we were again waiting at the bar with others that came after we’re served before us. She was very attentive. Overall did not have a good experience and will not be returning

  560불(한화 약 85만) 주고 고층 뷰 좋은 방 원했는데 이딴방줌... 체크인도 시간 훨 넘겨서 주고 주면서도 호텔리어 불친절함. 비용이라도 싸게 하든지... 진짜 할 말이 없음... 제발 감성 보고 여기 오지 말고 다른 곳 가세요... 560불에 이 뷰라니 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아 진짜 겁나 화남...

  Fantastic experience at the arlo Nomad, which all started with the incredibly lovely experience dealing with Lily and Moises in the front desk. Very nice and warm individuals that added fire to the incredible room and views of the room. I thank both of them for going above and beyond!

  Don’t ever book the Arlo Nomad Hotel on 11 East 31st Manhatten New York Don’t ever stay at this awful hotel - just don’t for no reason whatsoever! Me and my son had for months saved and planned for a 3 days father/son bonding trip to New York City. We had booked 3 nights in April 2026 at the Arlo Nomad Hotel on 31st East in Manhatten and that completely ruined our trip. Not only was our room apparently designed for people less than 6ft (we are app 6ft1 & the bed was so short that our feet and lower legs was sticking out of the bed each night), but on top of this I had serious allergic reactions from sleeping in the bed with my eyes being significantly swollen each morning and the bathroom floor was flooding after just a few minutes shower… Simply a 100% & completely unacceptable experience at even the cheapest of the cheapest hotels you could possibly book anywhere. And so I expected that at least the staff would do their upmost to help us when I in a friendly manner informed them of the severe troubles we were experiencing after the first night, but no , they didn’t really care and didn’t even try to find a reasonable alternative solution nor compensation of any kind and of course accordingly our father/son bonding trip was severely negatively impacted and ruined. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience anything close to such an unacceptable experience and so to make it short ; Don’t even consider booking a room at this awful Arlo Nomad hotel for any reason whatsoever - life is too short and your time and money is too important !

  Highly recommend Arlo hotels in general, but specifically this location in the Nomad neighborhood area. For starters their staff is seriously 10/10! Moses and Bri specifically are incredible!! Just some of the kindest most welcoming people ever. The Hotel is beautiful, trendy, super clean, and the Arlo hotel smell is something I want to bottle up and take home. My friend and I had such an amazing stay, truly there were zero cons for either her or myself. The staff was quick to help with request, happy to give tips on where to go and truly made us feel like it was our home away from home. We will absolutely be staying at Arlo again, specifically Arlo Nomad.
