Never again. The location is fine but not even remotely strong enough of a selling point to ever stay at this hotel when there are many others to choose from in NoMad. I requested a coffee maker and was told someone would bring something that heats up hot water to the room. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at in my life that did not have a coffee maker. Even the Arlo Midtown location had a great coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room. It's also a shame we were given a room right next to the linen closet with constant noise. It's also a shame the staff running the July 4th rooftop party decided it was time to 'shut down' the event when it got windy though no storm came. My friend and I refused to leave and stayed on the rooftop with many others taking photos and enjoying the view. It's also a shame they only served hot dogs when some don't eat meat, and the advertisement for the party included pretzels and 'bites' other than hot dogs which were not provided. Find somewhere else for better service and a higher quality stay.

I have stayed at the Arlo Midtown before and very much enjoyed that experience. This hotel is extremely different.
Everything is tiny, from the narrow hallways to the elevators. As I was waiting for the elevator to go up to my room, another guest warned me that they had never seen rooms so tiny outside of Singapore. (For reference, I’ve never been to Singapore, but I had an idea as to what I was getting.)
He was right. The room was too small for me to even open my suitcase. I asked for a bigger room, but they said they are a “micro room hotel” which sounds like some cool marketing but in reality just means you can’t move around in your room. The shower was tiny as well.
You definitely couldn’t fit two people in a top.
It is a young person‘s hotel. There is a bar or club in the hotel and so it is constantly packed with people waiting to get into there.
I will say that the hotel allowed me to cancel my reservation and get my money back so that I could rebook at another hotel that had more space. The staff was great and very accommodating, they are working with what they’ve got!

Arlo NoMad was a 10/10 experience. This was my wife’s and my first trip to NYC, and we stayed in a King Sky View room on the 28th floor. The views were incredible.
The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in New York City. More importantly, it had everything we needed to relax and recharge after long days exploring the city.
The location was fantastic! Centrally located to many of the iconic attractions while also being within walking distance of some of the city’s best restaurants.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Moises for consistently going above and beyond. He remembered us every time we passed through the lobby and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. By the end of our stay, it felt like we had made a friend.
Thank you as well to Fabricio for helping us after checkout and assisting with our bags.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return on our next visit to NYC. Highly recommend!

The stay was absolutely incredible. There's no other hotel, location nor city I wanna stay in besides this one. The daytime staff was phenomenal. Welcoming. Supportive. I legit felt like I had a dream midtown home. The diversity and expertise behind the desk, in the diner, mind u we ain't even eat at the diner cuz of schedule, but the dining staff was even pleasant as we waited for the elevator. This team is nothing short of incredible and I'd like to give a special shout out to these official tissue top tier ladies: Jamilah, Kyara & Bri - Queens of Midtown. Grateful for the brand, the honoring of Juneteenth and support for the queer gang. Much love to whoever hired these wonderful ladies and will surely be staying, spending money and investing time in Arlo Nomad many times before the Summer out. Paz!

I had an incredibly horrible experience with this hotel. I did book through "Hotel Tonight" but didn't see the language "the hotel will select the room type. Fine. I'm mean worst case scenario it would be two doubles beds right?
BUNK BEDS. After even writing saying we were driving 4 hours for an even away from kids for my 50th birthday. I immediately went back down to the desk where I overheard that there were rooms available to others trying to check in, the manager says "I'm sorry we are sold out, I can't change it. I will let you cancel for no fee" you book d through a third party (like everyone else on the planet) and there is nothing we can do for you.
Keep in mind these weren't just bunk beds, they were also about 4 and half feet long and I am 6'5". They also installed a tv where the footboard should be on top and bottom so my feet wouldn't fit through. The top bed railing was about to come off, very unsafe.
There is nowhere to put bags, but there is a wardrobe.
There is no furniture except a 2x2 piece of wood as a "desk" that had clear water stains all over.
The bathroom was 50% of the room size. The door was frosted glass but had a o e foot gap at the top and bottom so there was no privacy.
The room had one shade but the curtain was missing from the room.
The valet was bumped up to $85 dollars instead of $75 dollars because my Jeep is considered an SUV. They also informed me that the street is closed n the morning so most likely the will have to meet me at the corner. The next morning, the manager tells me it's best to walk to the garage "On 33rd street."
"Ok, so what part of 33rd street?"
"Oh it's just two blocks away and it's call GGM parking"
"Ok, do you have an addrees? The valet ticket has none of this information."
Finally she wrote the phone number on the ticket for me "just in case"
At the end of the day it was $85 to park valet where ai had to carry luggage two blocks and get my own car. The kicker? Their sign said WEEKEND SPECIAL: $26 overnight parking.
On top of getting the room between $300-$400 they added an Urban Fee of $40 for such luxuries as WiFi and a free yoga mat at a gym not really in the building.
