- MKMr. Konrad5 days ago5.0Bardzo fajny hotel. Mam same dobre wspomnienia z pobytu tutaj. Lokalizacja jest super. Blisko centrum Manhattanu a zarazem cisza i spokój. Metro blisko. Do lotniska JFK dojazd wyśmienity metrem E albo pociąg LIRR. Knajpki i restauracje niedaleko są genialne. Dzielnica Chelsea się tu zaczyna. Medison Squre Garden jest 6 minut piechotą stąd. Na pewno tu wrócę. Poproszę o extra discount wtedy. Lubię ten hotel
- ELEd de Langen5 days ago3.0Perhaps I stayed at a bad time (they were in the middle of a system change). Rooms are fine, clean. Location is convenient but pretty sketchy. Again not fully their fault but there are better neighbourhoods to stay in at comparable prices. Weird knock at night multiple times on my door checking if the room was occupied. On the second attempt I was asleep it was late and the employee attempted to open the door while I was in bed asleep. Very strange. Staff interaction was mixed from extremely nice to rude. Won't be staying here again.

The location is very central and easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were patient and accommodating. Rovina went above and beyond with making sure we had the best stay possible.
- ACAshley CMay 6, 20261.0Our room was dirty when we arrived (white stains in the bedding and condom wrappers on the ground, amongst other disgusting things). We asked the front desk for help and her hands were tied because of the type of reservation we had. We asked to just please have our room cleaned thoroughly while we were out the next day in that case. We came back to a made bed with condom wrappers and stains remaining. I also asked if the gym water could be refilled and she let me know I could just buy one at CVS. Really gross smelly hotel and really rude staff. Don’t recommend.
- MMMatías MonroyMay 2, 20263.0Las habitaciones son completas pero muy compactas. Tiene buena ubicación y algunas habitaciones tienen buena vista. Sin embargo, tiene varios contras. Tiene solo dos ascensores que no son grandes, que tardan muchísimo (y van parando en todos los pisos) y son compartidos con el personal del hotel. Una de las recepcionistas trata de hacerse la simpática y coqueta pero cruza la línea entre ser simpática y ser desubicada.
