  I have had two excellent stays here for business trips. Staff is very helpful. Joseph director of housekeeping and Jennifer at the front desk helped me in a high stress moment also. I realized at airport important items were still in room safe. They both were instrumental in having these taken care of and in fed ex hands same day within a few hours. That is only one instance of the staff going above and beyond. Every interaction I had was positive, low friction and helpful. Room was exactly what was needed. Clean amenities, on premises dining for breakfast was good. Had eggs Benedict one morning. The location is close to MSG and easy walk to lots of dining in Koreatown. Saw a few broadway shows on stays there and it was a very easy walk to get to those. On the whole this is the most consistently positive hotel experience I have had. I will always stay here when going to NYC if given the option.

  My my the words i can’t even describe for Eugenia (night crew) She is a life saver and saved our trip from becoming a disaster. We had a 5 day trip coming from cali and there was a certain issue (not her fault) and she went above and beyond to resolve this issue. Thanks to her i can absolutely say i loved my stay. The beds, tv, ac (my favorite) were on point. Towels and toothbrushes whenever i needed just from a call to front desk. I appreciate her and the people of new york! 5 stars dedicated to eugenia!

  Terrible customer service! I wrote a review with my other email, and I am here to leave my review with a different account until I get my money back. I arrived at the hotel in the 4th of may and left on the 11th of May. Upon my arrival I paid 160,72$ of a down payment, that the hotel told me they would pay back in 5-10 business days after I left. I lost count of the amount of times I called the hotel, and they mentioned they released the money. It has been two months and I am waiting for the money to be refunded to me. One of the times I called, I left my number and they told me they would call me back — the hotel never did. This is completely unacceptable, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have friends going to New York City in September, and I am not recommending this stay, at all. They answered my previous review saying they escalated the issue to management, something that they also told me on the phone. On the phone they told me last time that the refund was released and that was pending on acceptance of management. This was almost a month ago, and I still have the 160,72$ to be refunded.

  We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out—everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was good, with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. We had no complaints during our stay. The location was also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from Times Square. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too firm, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, everything else was great.

  I liked the stay and the people were nice. However, when we arrived we made a 160,72$ deposit that the hotel mentioned that we would get the money back after the stay. The day we left, the hotel staff at the reception mentioned that the amount had been released and that in 5-10 business days it would be back in our account. It has a been a month and I have called more than 3 times and still haven’t got the down payment back. Last time I called, the hotel asked for my number and said they’d reach back. It has been a week but never called. This is very unfortunate because the hotel mentioned a month ago that I would have the money back, and until now, nothing. Therefore, I would never repeat the experience.
