    Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn express in Scarsdale. It was very clean and all the employees were so nice.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Holiday Inn New Rochelle. I booked through Booking.com on August 3rd and believed my reservation was for two rooms. However, I was charged about $750 for only one room, and then I noticed an additional charge of more than $400 from the hotel. When I contacted the hotel asking for an explanation, instead of helping resolve the billing issue, I was told to contact Booking.com because they said the reservation was messed up on Booking.com’s side. As a customer, I should not have to be stuck between the hotel and the booking platform while unexpected charges are being made to my card. The lack of clear communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here carefully check their reservation details, room count, total price, and credit card charges before and after their stay. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again unless this billing issue is properly investigated and resolved.

    The hotel has been renovated but smells so strongly of carpet fresh my allergies are going wild. Its really overwhelming. The rooms are very small, the shower is SO tiny that a small person can barely turn around in it. The room has not been cleaned properly, Bobby pins from someone else on the floor, weird piece of fabric or something in the sheets. The bathroom light is so dull that if you have bad eyesight you won't be able to get ready in the morning. I mean they tried, the updates are newer if they would only stop putting so much perfume smell in the entire place it would be a big improvement. That said they could stop putting that on the carpets today and 6 months from now it would still be smelly. Its nice to be in the walking distance of the office I need to go to but that's about it.
