  Worst hotel stay EVER and I worked in a hotel for years! This is the most ridiculous, uncomfortable hotel I have ever said in! Doors slamming all night, people loud in the halls without any regard for anyone else! It’s 1am and they are still loud, rude, stomping and slamming doors! For the amount of money paid this is absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate! People here are absolutely rude!!! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior!

  Absolute worst hotel booking experience. Awful customer service. We booked a room on their website and it was cancelled without so much as a single phone call or email. We arrive and they tell us our room was cancelled because the card we had on file was incorrect. Why would they even try to charge a card before our arrival? The hotel was fully booked, of course, so we were turned away. No attempt to remedy the situation in any way. The reasoning we were given was, “We canceled your reservation because your card didn’t work.” ?? No phone call or email beforehand. It’s probably a blessing because the hotel grounds are unkempt and smell disgusting. There was either vomit or spit up on the lobby stairs, and a bit of trash strewn along the entryway from an opened trash can.

  If I could give this hotel a negative star I would! Yes it was that bad! I don't know who owns this establishment but they need to take a walk inside of it and ask themselves would they let their family and friends sleep there???? I ended up here because everything else was sold out and the reviews on Expedia were false and misleading. The pool had dark lining making it look like a big puddle my kids didn't even want to get in it. There was big pieces of trash floating in it. Looked like rip pieces of paper. The rug looked like they never been cleaned before. The bathrooms were updated but the work must of been done by Stevie Wonder. The toilet was misplaced and you couldn't sit without your knees hitting the door then couldn't close the door first because there wasn't anywhere to stand. My children were so nervous to stay there lit was so outdated it looked like a scary movie scene. The linens were dirty and bed pad was stained with blood. It's October and there were big flies in the room and there was a smell of stale dirty linen that's been in a closet for years. It was so bad that if I didn't have my children I would've stood in the car. That's just the room let me tell you about the front desk attendant who kept tapping her nails on the counter like she just got her nails done for the first time. I kept thinking her dentures were going to fall out on to the counter the way she was smacking them. The computer was "slow" and it took us 20 minutes to check in. I won't be that person though there was something good about this hotel, the bagels in the free breakfast. The amount I paid was ridiculous also!

  Rooms & lobby very clean, quiet, comfy bed, friendly staff, decent continental breakfast, nearby restaurant and race track, right off main road.
