  My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel. More especially we were will taken care off by Luz in the Kitchen, she is so friendly and always ready to help out. She made sure we had a wonderful experience. If we are ever in Montgomery again, we will come to Holiday Inn Express and Suite because of the experience Luz gave to us.

  Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff. I called to ask about the hot tub listed on their Google business page. The front desk agent, had no idea if they even had one. When I asked if he worked there, he said yes and just stayed silent. I had to ask him to go check. While he was away, he overheard me talking to my wife, asking if there was something wrong with him and how he could not know this basic info. When he came back to the phone, he heard me, mocked my words by aggressively saying "maybe there is something wrong with me," said there was no hot tub, and slammed the phone down. I called back, he was rude again, and hung up on me a second time. When I finally reached the manager, it got worse. She constantly talked over me, refused to let me speak, and defended employee because he "just started." When I reminded her that I am the customer trying to explain what happened, she completely ignored me, kept yelling over me, and hung up on me too. To top it all off, I spent over an hour on the phone with corporate just to have them put me on hold without saying a word and then disconnect the call. I called corporate back and explained the situation. I told them I wrote a 1-star review and will never stay at an IHG property again unless corporate does something to rectify this. They simply told me it would be handled internally and they would not be contacting me back. Absolutely no one is willing to help. Avoid this place and stay away at all costs. Terrible customer service from the bottom to the top.
