  Never again! Room had stains, was dilapidated, was above the pool and I listened to people screaming until 10pm. Was gonna complain but I was so beat and angry because I talked to the ladies at the front desk about anime and our kids we had a great conversation and they gave me that room!? What a slap in the face. On top of that eggs were cold. Just drive the extra 15 to Middletown or fishkill for way better options

  Filthy hotel. A/C was broke and when we brought the issue up it was like they did not want to be bothered. They do not care about details. Night manager with long hair is the worse. Stains on furniture. In plain site for me to see. Tells me is the housekeeper staff really cleaning. I work hard for my money and I want to pay for quality and this is a holiday inn not a motel 6. I would stay away filth only gets worst not better till it gets clean.

  I was looking for a hotel for a longer stay than I usually am accustomed to booking on my own for work and it being the summer, the date range I was looking for lead to significant difficulty in finding availability anywhere within a 15 min. radius of the airport. After a day or two of searching and making calls to other hotels under other brands, I was finally able to be accommodated by this holiday inn here at just 10 min. out in large part to the help of Cody Warchol, the sales manager at this location. Mr. Warchol was understanding and most importantly honest with what he can do for me and it was what ultimately lead me to making the decision on staying here rather than the other hotels I contacted of which had less than favorable outcomes and provided little to no assurance of being able to make things happen if anything at all under the circumstances brought upon by the peak season. I'm a frequent visitor of properties under the ihg umbrella and also had a well accommodated long term stay at one of the neighboring holiday inns and this experience now has me considering on referring to ihg hotels as my first choice in the future. I Highly recommend this specific property for long term stays for work purposes and I wish I reached out sooner if I knew how easy the team here would make things for me.
