When I called the front desk and used the phone in the room, nobody answered . When I used my cell phone, the clerk answered. My called was ignored when I used the phone in the room.

Overall our stay was good. Staff was friendly and location was clean and close to everything. The breakfast food was just okay, have had better at other hotel chains. Only minor complaint was the fact the housekeeping only left us 2 towels after cleaning the room when there was 4 of us, so we had to keep asking for more towels. Would stay here again.

Room amenities included plenty of charging ports, free wifi internet, TV hookups for connecting (providing you bring the plugs), ethernet cable for getting Internet to devices like the PS4. In addition, there was a fridge, microwave, and Keurig, a king bed and one-person sofa, it's a pet friendly hotel, and there is a fitness room/pool/small laundry room. The faucets had good water pressure (no cold showers), there was an ironing board & iron as well as hangars in the closet, and darkening curtains. The heating control was a little wonky, but we figured it out and despite the nights being cold we slept comfortably. The staff at the desk were all helpful, understanding, and responsive. I only took off a star because the bed sheet under the pillow felt icky, and the top fitted shirt had some hair on it, so it could have been cleaned a little better. Otherwise a great stay that me and my kids all enjoyed, and the location is good since it's close to shopping/gas/highways. Everything is smaller but really good. For example, the pool was smaller than I'm used to at fancier hotels, but it was a good time, my kids had fun. The service was helpful, giving us extra towels and plastic utensils when we needed it. The breakfast was small but good - the first morning there were cheese omelets and the 2nd there were scrambled eggs. The juice left a little to be desired but it's not like you can't buy your favorite brand right around the corner at Quik Check or Target.

Nykke and Kristen were excellent in coordinating our wedding block. The breakfast was good, the hotel was very clean, and they were very accommodating to our guests and ourselves. Thank you!
