- QLQiu Liu3 days ago1.0A front desk employee disposed of my delivery without notifying me. I believe there are serious issues with the hotel’s procedures for handling guest deliveries. First, I was never informed at check-in that the hotel has a policy of disposing of deliveries after two hours. In fact, I specifically asked the front desk about deliveries when I checked in, but no one mentioned this policy to me. Second, the hotel did not contact or notify me before throwing away my delivery. Had I been notified, I could have picked it up immediately. The front desk later claimed that they disposed of the delivery because there was no information identifying me on it. However, this is not accurate. Uber provided my information with the delivery. My concern is not only about the loss of the delivery itself, but also about the hotel’s handling procedure. A policy that may result in a guest’s property being discarded should be clearly communicated to guests, especially when they specifically ask about delivery procedures. In addition, reasonable efforts should be made to contact the guest before disposing of their property.

Special shout outs to Danielle and the very nice woman whose name I forgot to ask for. (She checked us out on 7/17/2026 @ 11am). We had a whole conversation about the great, freshly ground coffee they serve at 24/7 coffee station. Which is delicious and free, by the way! My family and loved our stay. No complaints at all, not one. Would highly recommend and would definitely come again!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
