  The staff members were friendly, helpful and ready to make your stay an enjoyable one. Standard breakfast as with most places. No coffee in rooms but owner working at providing coffee availability at check in desk. The room was clean and AC worked well. I should have looked closer at check in as there is no elevator and carrying items up the stairs not ideal. The place was close to the Seaway Visitor Center, the reason for our visit

  The hotel was situated a little ways out of town but not a big deal. Room was very nice and quiet. The service was lacking. Parking was convenient. If you have a disability ask for the 1st floor room. No elevator.
