  My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I originally had a double queen bedroom, but called and asked if there were any king beds available. The front desk lady found an accessible king bedroom and changed it for me. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issues was the smell in the bathroom that was like a sewer backed up, I believe it was from the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Also, the refrigerator needed to be more secured because it kept moving out of place when we opened it.

  Selve hotellet var egentlig ok; der var rent og personelet var søde. Men der var simpelthen så lydt og meget støj udefra at det var umuligt at få en sammenhængende nats søvn - der var nætter hvor jeg vitterlig vågnede op og troede jeg stod midt på vejen. Derudover larmede air condition også helt vildt og der var lige ledes nogle rør eller lignende der larmede kontinuerligt. Der var også for langt til metro, så det var bus hver dag, men det havde vi jo selv valgt...

  What a great stay for a night in the city. The staff is wonderful. The beds and pillows are some of the best I’ve had in an IHG hotel, even the premium ones. Breakfast was great. The location could be better connected to public transit but there are buses and ride shares that can bring you right to the subway. The highway also makes a bit of noise, but that’s to be expected and can’t be helped. I would definitely stay here again!

  One of the best holiday inn I've been to.. The breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional!!!!!

  How this hotel gets the high rating it does is beyond me. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. During the entire time one of the 2 elevators was out of service; the a/c in our room had to be repaired twice; the parking lot was infested with rats (two of which came within a foot of me when approaching the car); and then when I requested assistance with having an item I left behind in my room returned to me was told they did not offer any service and I would have to come pick the item up. I offered to have a pre-paid fed ex label sent but was told they had no fed ex envelopes/boxes to return the items in. I find it hard to believe that ANY business (especially when they have a business center) does not have any Fed Ex or other mailing service available. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
