They always answer any questions about my reservations and always are so kind. The rooms here are amazing and clean. Big props to the team here for maintaining such a beautiful hotel 😍😍😍
- SRSindhu Reddy4 days ago3.0We stayed for 3 days, though the rooms are small they are neat and good. But the noise at the night from outside is crazy. And i do not recommend walking in the area even to subway especially after 6pm crazy people on streets

Al estar el hotel en obras se notaba que la limpieza no era adecuada, nos encontramos con el baño que non estaba limpio. El agua corría con mucha cal. Reservamos una habitación para 4 con camas dobles y dichas camas eran más pequeñas de lo normal. La ubicación se encuentra en Long Island y para coger transporte público hay que andar unos 15 minutos.
- DDD DeApr 10, 20262.0This hotel is in the middle of a transition from Best Western to Hampton Inn so I understand there are some growing pains with change. But honestly I have not experienced a worst hotel. The breakfast is a joke. No coffee; really. No juice. Only warm water, croissants and if one goes into the gym one can get hot water to make tea. Then there’s the fact that there is no parking available on site and the rooms with multiple carpet stains (room 1009) are the smallest rooms I have ever encountered. It essentially located in the Queens Projects. The Front Desk is very polite and tries hard to offer service; they just don’t have the tools to do so. It’s really bad. It’s also very noisy throughout the night and I was in the 10th floor.
