  I had a fabulous stay here and received incredible customer service, especially from Araceli, who’s incredibly helpful and caring! The room is clean and spacious. After a small upgrade thanks to my IHG membership, I got a room with spectacular view of the NYC skyline. The free shuttle service to the nearby subway station was also super useful, plus offering a wide variety of great food options in that area. I enjoyed my two days here very much and would definitely like to stay here again in future.

  Espectacular, el hotel está en un sitio estratégico, aunque la zona es industrial donde hay bastantes bodegas y se siente como sola la zona, hay paradas de bus muy cerca, o el hotel ofrece servicio de shuttle con los conductores amables, que lo acerca a la ruta de metro, o lo llevan hacia el hotel en la noche, el personal muy amable tanto en servicio de desayuno, los de limpieza en general pero sobre todo la ayuda de nicol en la recepción que esta presta a ayudar y resuelve cualquier inquietud, desayuno bueno completo, variado, habitaciones amplias e iluminadas, cafe o agua en cualquier momento que quieras, hace que sea muy ameno la estadía, en nuestro extendidos la estadía porque nos agrado mucho el hotel, lo super recomiendo al 100

  We are very pleased with the excellent service Nicole provided. She assisted us with the 12 rooms we had reserved and handled everything with great professionalism. She was extremely patient, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding customer service.   We took 5 days stay here and really had a good stay with the hotel. The good service start from since we arrived hotel early and need to leave the luggages at the hotel, as we need to return the rental car in the morning. Ketsia provided us a good help with the complimentary early check-in, which normally would cost you a 40$. Thank you so much. Even though the hotel is not near the subway station, it provided shuttle van service. You need to sign up for using the sevice and need to called the hotel to pick you up at the subway station. The driver was very nice to us. The hotel provided complementary breakfast with good variety of food and I love the fresh brew coffee macchine here. The taste of coffee was better than other hotel that we have been visited in USA.

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express Long Island City regularly for business travel, and I wanted to recognize Wendy at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrive, Wendy always greets me with a warm smile and makes the check-in process quick and seamless. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and appreciated. Whether it's ensuring I receive a bottle of water, offering fresh cookies after a long day, or simply checking to see if I need anything during my stay, her professionalism and kindness never go unnoticed. As someone who travels frequently for work, customer service can make all the difference, and Wendy is a shining example of what hospitality should look like. She has made every stay comfortable and stress-free, and her dedication to guests is one of the main reasons I continue to return to this location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is convenient. The only downside is the parking fee. Parking is not included in the nightly rate and currently costs approximately $40 per night. For guests staying for extended periods, especially several months while traveling for work, those costs can add up quickly. It would be great if the hotel could consider discounted parking rates for long-term guests. That said, Wendy's outstanding service more than makes up for this inconvenience.
