Manhattan is legit one stop away if you decide to take the subway, no point of ubering there you are so close already. The staff here is amazing! Douglas was amazing in making sure everything was taken care of. If you’re not a local to NYC, there will be noise. The area is safe, I was able to walk around at 1 am and get food right up the block. It’s probably the best spot you can get in Queens at a great price, I will be coming back.

He made me week welcome since I walked in the lobby, most hospitable professional I’ve seen in a long time. Hotel had all the basics with good quality and excellent bedding. A bit noisy outside but it’s NYC can’t do much about that. Overall great experience

He was absolutely amazing; he acknowledged my Gold status, extended my late checkout, and even provided a complimentary breakfast voucher, which was a fantastic gesture and much appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Douglas definitely deserves a raise! 😄 Breakfast the next morning was also a great experience thanks to Juan at the restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the staff truly made the stay memorable. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Long Island City. Highly recommended!
