  Vorab ein wichtiger Hinweis: Das Hotel liegt nahe einer Stadtautobahn, weshalb der Straßenlärm in einigen Zimmern recht deutlich zu hören ist. Dennoch rechtfertigen die vielen anderen Pluspunkte aus unserer Sicht absolut eine hervorragende 5-Sterne-Bewertung! Douglas und das gesamte Service-Team sind überaus zuvorkommend, professionell und herzlich. Sie tun wirklich alles dafür, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten – so konnten wir nach der ersten Nacht völlig problemlos und ohne Aufpreis das Zimmer wechseln. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr modern und makellos sauber. Auch die Lage mit der direkten Anbindung über den Queensboro Plaza ist optimal. Wenn das Hotel künftig noch in eine bessere Schallisolierung bzw. Doppelverglasung investiert, um den Straßenlärm komplett auszusperren, wäre es rundum perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

  Overall the hotel is good but the breakfast crew definitely needs a training on how to interact with PAYING customers regardless of how overwhelming might the morning traffic maybe. Bad experience every morning for the whole week (not a couple of days issues) other than that front desk associates are great and friendly!

  All the rooms are facing the highway and the 7 train so it will be very loud. The higher up you go the louder is it. The rooms are also tiny! Like so small that there's barely any room for 2 people to move around. It's rare to see a room this small in the US. Would not recommend.

  First off thank you to Douglas he was really the highlight of this hotel. His personality and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean the hotel overall is very clean smells great all over the place. As well as the breakfast you’ll get a complementary 2 breakfast card and it is really really good. The fingerling potatoes are amazing and everything is cooked fresh. 10/10 would stay again

  This was my second time staying at this hotel. I had a good experience the first time, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, my second stay was completely different. After staying in the room, I started developing extremely itchy, eczema-like bumps on my skin, which made my trip to New York very uncomfortable. I spoke with the staff, and to be fair, they were initially very cooperative and allowed me to check several different rooms. Unfortunately, some of the rooms felt very damp and humid, while others had a strong paint or chemical smell. I genuinely did not want to change rooms three or four times. Moving all my belongings and repeatedly going downstairs to get new keys was the last thing I wanted to do during my vacation. And, the itchy bumps appearing on my hands made me concerned that the irritation would spread or get worse if I stayed in another damp room. In the end, I found a room that was the same size as the original one but was noticeably less damp, which was perfectly fine with me. But Between the physical discomfort from the itching, having to repeatedly change rooms, the whole experience put a damper on my trip. I returned because I had a positive experience here before, but unfortunately, after this stay, I don’t plan on coming back.
