Money over morals I guess. Cancelled my reservation without calling or texting. On the day of our stay, while driving to the hotel, I saw two emails at 730 pm. One they sent at 3:30PM saying there was an issue with my card and the other at 6PM saying my reservation was canceled. I reserved 4 hotels with Holiday Inn through their phone reservation system. I had no issues with the three nights before this at the other hotels. If they had an issue, I wish they would have at least tried calling or texting. Or maybe check the card at the time of scheduling instead of the day of- when people are bound to be driving instead of checking emails. When we arrived, I was told that they are "completely booked because there's a new data center, so it's all business people from that." Well, I'm glad you got full price for the room instead of having to give a military discounted room to a family that prebooked for their family vacation.

Andrea did a great job checking us in on a late and short notice. She also fixed our TV remote problem promptly. Breakfast on site was well done and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well laid out.

Clean and spacious rooms, breakfast exceeded expectations. The hotel looks very new. It’s a tad far from the shopping places but not bad if you’re not planning on going back to the hotel during the day. There’s a Target and a new Trader Joe’s about 10 min away. The AC was very loud considering the newness of the building, but tolerable for the 2 nights we were there.

It's a 40 minute drive to Lake Ontario, but worth it!
