Would not stay here again. Stayed for 2 nights. Pros - communication with the front desk was great and they also supplied us with whatever we needed (towels, plates, spoons, etc.). Windows can actually be opened which is something I've never seen in other hotels. Quiet location and right at the exit from the highway. Cons - old rooms, old bed, old furniture, scratched, dented furniture and appliances. Room was not cleaned thoroughly before our stay. A plate and a bowl were in the dishwasher. Not enough spoons in the kitchen - exactly 2. Not enough bowls. Sofas are so old - no firmness to either the seats or to the pullout bed. Once you sit on the sofa, you sink deep. Air vent in the bedroom had black stains around it - most likely mold. Pullout bed in the sofa had yellow stains. Old and musty carpet. Management really needs to invest in updating the interiors.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip. We're a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 10. For the positives the place was good for a 1 night stay. The front desk staff were very pleasant and the lady who checked us in really went out of her way to interact with the kids. She said she put us in a room which was a little bit larger and we appreciated that. She also got us to spin a wheel at check-in for a chance to get free reward points as members and that was fun! Also the lady that runs the breakfast was such a sweet lady. Great hospitality. Next, we liked the room having a separate sitting area for us when the kids fell asleep so we could unwind. We really enjoyed the water pressure in the shower as well. The layout of the room was great too. I booked this room because I was looking for a place with a pool and full kitchen. Their website still lists a heated pool as an activity, but no one spoke about it at check-in and from other reviews that I read after the fact, it seems to be closed for a while now. Now the room smelled very very stuffy. Almost like a old motel kind of smelly. Not an IHG brand type of clean. Next to where the door opens was what looked like a damaged wall. It looked like someone tried to fix it but forgot to paint it. I've never ever seen this before in any hotel ever. In the bedroom the nightstand drawer was completely open which was a bit odd. Not a deal breaker but just odd. One of my daughters asked me if it was okay to take off her shoes when she looked around at the place. The rooms mention they include a full kitchen which is great though we didn't need a lot of the features. But there were literally only 2 forks available in the room. 2. At other Staybridge properties (or competitor properties) the kitchens offered much more. A strainer, a kettle, etc... This room did not even have teas on hand. It looked like the typical hotel tea holder was there next to the coffee machine but no tea or coffee or anything next to it. The fridge had multiple visible dings on it. Also, there was no body wash in the washroom. I've never seen them before at a Staybridge or comparable hotel. There were also only 2 bathing towels when we had a reservation for 4 people. I do know this sometimes happen. At night in the bedroom there was a device that kept flashing on and off (no sound just flashing). Next, I'm a heavy sleeper but heard people from another room that got up around 4 am. I could hear them walking around. Lastly, a lot of the furniture had dings and scratches on it. It felt a bit run down. Again for a 1 night stay it's okay. We checked in after 5 pm and left before 7 am so it was okay. I was debating between this hotel and a competitor when I ended up booking the Staybridge, but I must say this place does not deliver the IHG or Staybridge brand that we are used to. We will not be staying at this property again.

It was an alright stay. When we used the sink, the water apparently flowed out from under the dishwasher. Also, there was a short in the cord behind the living room television.
